First time at a Sheraton, and definitely won't be the last! Room was clean and super comfy, my dog agreed. Staff was great and it's very pet friendly without smelling like pets. I was given a room right by the exit to the dog "bathroom"
It was a quick overnight that my husband sent me on because “I deserve it” He took our three boys under 10 to our cabin and Mama hit the Sheraton. I was on Club level, which is what I recommend and will only do club level. The front desk young lady was amazing, and she even called up to the room to make sure everything was great. Room was amazing, clean, and no foul smells. Bathroom was great, maybe a rain shower head would top off the experience. The free slippers were a great touch. Jennifer at the bar was amazing! She makes great drinks, but was great company too! It was like talking to another Mom friend. I ended up having my free app there and it was great. I ate dinner at the Tavern, but wanted to finish my evening with Jennifer and her great drink called the “Relaxer” I sat on the patio and was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. I slept great. I have high standards for my bedding, pillows etc and these exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast that is included with Club level. Hands down, best hotel breakfast I have ever had second only till the Hotel Del Coronado Sunday Brunch 😜 Service was great and my Mom and I will be returning for a girls weekend of relaxation too! Just what this busy Mom, School Nurse and wife needed!
Everything was great the room was clean the sheets were clean dust free that’s a plus. Pool and hot tub was good my son had fun the hot tub with bubbles I love the glass door showers and plenty of towels Starbucks coffee very quiet hotel the staff helps asap if we need something. The wings are amazing at the restaurant if you stay here try the wings omg I’m going back to get more since I live 30 minutes away!
