Hotel Engine Unveils Refreshed Website

Visitors to engine.com will notice a sleek new look as of Friday, April 15!This website update was a key part of our effort to hone the Engine brand and define our position in the market amid a period of explosive growth.Our new website features more distinctive visual branding, characterized by a minimalist, high-contrast color palette and updated imagery focused on showing the Engine platform in action. Messaging has also been reworked to better tell our brand’s story for customers, hotel partners and prospective new hires.

The past few years have brought about meteoric growth for Engine. In late 2021, we raised $65M in series B funding, resulting in a valuation of $1.3B. That capital was quickly reinvested into attracting new talent and developing innovative features for the platform. With consistent triple-digit growth over the past several quarters, it was clear that we were ready to ascend to the next level!

Defining a New Category

Often confused for an online travel agency (OTA) or travel management company (TMC), we set out to define a unique category in the business travel industry. After establishing ourselves as the world’s first lodging performance network (LPN), we turned our attention to the website to ensure that messaging and branding aligned with the company’s new identity.

More Growth on the Horizon

Customers and hotel partners aren’t the only audience we want to reach with the new branding. We’ve also set ambitious goals of hiring over 400 new team members in 2022, with a special focus on expanding leadership and talent development. By more clearly defining who the company is and what we stand for, we hope to attract talent from diverse backgrounds who are energized by our high-growth, innovation-driven corporate culture.Armed with a strengthened brand, a sharper sense of identity and a brand new website, Engine is well on our way to achieving our lofty goals for 2022 and beyond!
