It was a nice stay .. no hitches whatsoever

Old hotel need new floors, need a new ice machine. Need new curtains people can see inside the room,staff was nice.

Terrible stay, cigarette holes in comforters, dirty and dingy

Location The bed mattress was extremely firm

dirty, out of date, floor peeling up

beds were not comfortable, rooms were not clean, water pressure was poor, breakfast was poor, overall appearance of the property looks run down and unkept

The first room I checked in I had to kill a spider and already had a dead bug on the floor ac wasn’t working second room had bug and spider webs but at this point couldn’t get money back and the other hotels was booked

Upon check-in, I was pre-paid so it should have taken a few seconds. But in the middle of dealing with me, the girl at the desk took a phone call and proceeded to make a reservation with me standing right there. Absurd! There's a note on the refrigerator with the "only" item for free breakfast (a frozen breakfast sandwich) that says to eat the food there and not take it to the room. Ignored. There was also a granola bar or 2 there plus cereal and milk. Sad. I know this is an expensive hotel, but Wyndham should be ashamed to have this property on their list.

Ac worked great. Clean room. Lots of construction guys hanging about. They moved their party when we got in our room. Simple one night stay.

To say i had smoking room you couldn't even tell because it was so fresh, clean, and cozy.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the ac didn't work well.

Floor tile in entire room including bathroom was badly warped due to previous water overflow. Flourescent lighting in bathroom above lavatory didn't work. Room smelled of mold.

There was no breakfast at this motel, it said had tea but no tea. The bed was as hard as a rock, got up several times because of my back hurting. Hard to get the handicapped person in the bed. The price for what we received was way more than I had expected it to be for what we got in return. I have stayed at cheaper motels and got better results. Will not come back to this motel. Have what you say you will or do have. Accommodate the handicapped a little more, could have handicapped rooms and lower beds for them to get into. There is hardly any way for them to get from a wheelchair into one of these beds.

Clean room great staff

The room leaked during rain storm all over the bed got my luggage wet also over charged for the room that where booked threw hotels .com at a set rate was also supposed to get a refund on the room 206 that was leaking and got charged 36.50 more instead of a refund horrible place would rather sleep in my vehicle that stay there place sucks.

Everything is great, I arrived at a later hour and the lady was very nice and helpful

The location The lack of cleanliness, the breakfast choices, the roaches in rooms, the fact I had to ask to get the tv in breakfast area, the coffee was not hot, it smelled bad in room.

The location from the event we attended. The smell in rooms, the poor cleaning jobs, no lotion, had to ask for a 3rd washcloth since one was so gross, the ridiculous breakfast choices, nothing to drink but nasty coffee & milk. No fruit no toast nothing I would’ve preferred.
