Motel 6 Abilene, TX

Room had a heavy smell of cigarette, anytime someone walked on the second floor cracking could be heard to the point I couldn’t get my sleep.

Very grateful for the kind check in staff but outside of that this was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here alone as a woman, I felt so unsafe on top of how dirty and unsanitary this hotel was. The walls covered in drips and smudges of mud and sludge. I took two steps on the floor with bare feet and my feet turned black so I used a towel to walk on and the towel turned black from 1 trip to the restroom. The shower is covered in gunk. People using drugs out front. It was terrible, and the only reason I stayed was because of my work trip flight schedule and other areas being booked already so last minute.

This location is horrible and not like what the pictures show . The walls were dirty, bathroom needs work and smells horribly - do not recommend .

Room was extremely dirty. Stains and crumbs on carpet. Signs of bugs on the stained sheets. Bathroom sink handle was laying on the counter. Tub old, dirty, stained. Hair/urine on toilet. Went right back to front desk and returned room card. Refused to stay, refund refused. Only offer was to try another room. No thanks. Can't understand how Motel 6 keeps this property in their franchise system.

Superb

On my reservation it said king size and they were full but its okay tho we slept fine and it was much nicer then the last hotel we stayed at. Me and my boys come to abilene once every month in a half to visit my husband in prison. I would like to stay at a nice place and this was at.

Was not clean at all. Shower was dirty and too small. Smelled a lot like cigarette.

Lo q ves en fotos no es lo real. El aire estaba muy sucio y el refrigerador está todo conjelado desafortunadamente una mala experiencia

Passable

Pretty good for the price.

Moved to this hotel from another because the A/C was not working. Motel 6 did not disappoint.

The staff was extremely helpful during check-in process. Room appeared to be clean but wall were dirty, light fixture didn’t work, cable tv didn’t work, shower leaked, room smelled funny, bugs in the room, curtains didn’t block out extremely bright spotlights in parking area.

Don't really have anything else to aay

Just the price. Lots of cockroaches. I was coming back from work, and there were many in the room. General bad odor

Bad

Very good

They clean your room every 2 days, theirs no complaints about dogs, and plenty of parking. Even for semis with 52 ft long trailer

There was a lot of trash on the property due to people being in and out. The dryer didn't work we'll in the laundry room. The room itself was clean and decent they could have gave us better pillows though. It is pet friendly that is why we chose it. However if I am not taking my dog next visit I will chose another place to stay. The property has way too much trash in the back area where the picnic tables are. The staff is very pleased though.

As a single woman traveler, I didn't feel safe due to clientele and area. I won’t be staying here in the future.

Good
