Dirty old not well maintained hotel. 1st room was not cleaned the 2nd non smoking rooms smells like smoke. Elevator slow. Not worth the price. Ice machine, water cooler, pool out of order!! Only decent thing was Breakfast.

Darkening curtains wouldn't close, so that the lights from parking lot next door kept me awake all night. Changed to a different hotel for the next 2 nights

The shower backed up into the tub/didn’t drain well. The air set to 68 was still at 71 at bedtime and only 70 when we woke up.

The room had not been cleaned when I arrived. The staff was difficult to find. It was very noisy for just one night stay.

Aside from the facilities being extremely unclean. The pool was closed, and the elevator was broken.

Elevator broken. Had to walk up 3 flights. Coffee not good but Starbucks is next door

They sold my phone number to a solicitor, I know it was them because they knew about my stay. Also the AC is motion activated so once you lay down to sleep get ready to sweat your butt off.

Location Dirty and refused sheets and pillow cases. Nasty soiled wash cloth thrown in the closet, etc.

The lady out front was rude n disrespectful and very raciest. The room was dirty n nasty when I got to it which means the lady actually had to do her job and find me new room. They begrudgingly checked the other rooms I booked like I asked her The pool was dirty n smelly. The room that I finally ended up in had stain covers, hair all in the shower n sink n had bugs everywhere The food was cold n biscuits rock hard the juice was disgusting .

Entire property smells like old smoke, stains on sheets, shower curtain pink from growth, shampoo container in shower entirely empty (discovered after getting in).

When we opened our door to the room after we checked in the beds were unmade drink cups everywhere and used towels laying around. We were given another room by the clerk
