Always a good, clean place to stay

The lobby and breakfast area were beautiful. Although the breakfast was good, other Hilton Gardens offered complimentary breakfast.

Outside property was very clean plus the rooms and the main lobby were very clean. Staff were knowledge and pleasant.

It’s a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The walls are pretty thin and it was pretty loud, mind you I was staying on a Friday night. I would stay there again the only complaint that would prevent me from staying in the future is when we asked for a late check out because I was in town for the marathon, the manager was kinda rude denying the request.

We only came to town for a concert, so we only used the room to sleep in, but for that purpose, there's not 1 thing to complain about. Property is clean, staff was friendly, room was clean. Check in and check out was probably the fastest I've ever experienced..

The room was clean and the lobby is very nice. It’s very close to Goodyear Theater It’s overpriced. Plus you have to pay for breakfast. $15 for a “full” buffet that you get for free at decently priced Hiltons.

This place is amazing!!!! Super friendly and saved my whole trip!! I had to cancel at the other place I booked because it was nasty!! And this place and the amazing staff let us come in at 10:30am when checking isn’t till 3pm, let us have breakfast and within an hour had us in our room!!! This is the only place I am staying at from here on out!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Nothing it was amazing!!

I didn't make it to breakfast during my two days. The door to our room needed reassuring that it closed. Most hotel doors slam but you had to pull or push 428 shut. Only thing we can assist with improvement is not bad and still deserves 5 stars!
