Staff Room flooring felt loose

The room was comfortable. The free breakfast was average. Overall , I would stay there again if I was on a budget.

Everything was clean. The Google picture is not a great picture.

Location was fantastic. Rooms looked great. They are updating the place. Breakfast was ok. No toaster though. The not so great, the connecting doors, 1 door only had a tiny throw latch to secure it. Then other had a throw latch a dead bolt. Also my bathroom had women's hair in it on the floor and stuck to the wall.

Clean room and parking facilities. Breakfast included. The price was afordable. No usb or c type charging facilities. I was not able to recharge my cel phone or I Pad.

Negative for me - elevator was out of order. For us, it was good for 1 night.

Good value, clean and comfortable.

Free breakfast was typical...a plus was the waffle maker. Beds and pillows were good. Under construction (Sep 18 2026) so no elevator to the second floor. No access to ice other than the front desk.

Clean room, clean towels, and comfy bed. Poor "free" breakfast.

Convenient location. Adaquate breakfast. Road was noisy.

Property was sub-par. Elevator was out of order, so steps to the second floor. Noise between rooms was significant, pets allowed, which is not a big deal, but a continuous barking dog (that was left alone) at 10;30pm was not acceptable. Door to bathroom did not close, it hit doorframe. Toilet looked ok but rocked considerably when you sat on it (mgmt was notified at check out). Overall was a convenient location but dumpy. Won’t stay again. Not even for the price.

Very outdated property. Parking lot all cracked. Located in the industrial area. Rust in bathtub, ceiling tiles looked like they had a leak. Paint pealing off in bathroom. Had to really pull to close room door all the way. No water fill station to fill water bottles. They gave us one water bottle for the two of us. I would not stay here again.

Convenience of location The bed was not very comfortable

From the outside it looks kinda sketchy, but it was clean, quiet, the breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. For the price, you can’t beat it. I will stay there again if I have to go back to Akron

The property is a tad aged, but it was very clean, and maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge with many options.

The place was okay but our bed was very poor. My husband’s back was hurting this morning. The mattress felt very thin, we felt like we could feel the “box spring”.

We came for a night stay for the Kent St football game. Arrived Friday evening. Lobby looks nice when first walk in. Very pretty light fixtures. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant, but could have dressed a little more work appropriate. Lobby was clean except for the floors. A lot of pet hair and stairs needed vacuuming badly. We stayed in Room #304…it was clean but had a stale smell. Bathroom was very clean except for the fan. Thick dust buildup on the fan cover. Bathroom door needs a paint job or replaced. Room has hard flooring, no carpet…that’s a plus. Very old dated furniture! No coffee maker. Nasty iron board cover that needs to be thrown out!!! Window treatment doesn’t match bedding and it’s the incorrect size for the window. Looks raggedy. Headboards needs cleaning. Too many fingerprints on main touch points! (Room Door outside/inside handles, hand soap dispenser, towel rack, toilet handle and bathroom knobs) The chair in our room was disgustingly stained. Needs to be discarded immediately! Since pets are allowed, switch to faux leather furniture. Very clean dinning area. Saturday Manager was very pleasant and professional. Overheard him apologize to a guest for not having toilet paper in her room. He addressed it immediately. Good breakfast. Appreciate the apples and biscuits being individually wrapped. Management needed to check the dining area frequently during breakfast hours to clean the tables immediately after guests. For the price, okay stay.

Everything from arrival to departure was wonderful. The rooms have sll been recently renovated. Staff was eonderful and beskdast was great.
