They mean well but this is a cheap hotel and the grounds could be better maintained, it was depressing.

Needs some updating but not a big problem for me. The lighted bathroom mirror didn’t work. But over all I would stay again.

Location was good. We were not impressed with the hotel. Our bed linens had blood stains on them which was discussing. The chain lock on our door was broken so we only had the bolt to lock us in. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The shower dispenser did not offer shower soap only shampoo & two conditioners. We could smell cigarette smoke throughout our stay coming from a near by smoker. Ok breakfast but not impressed with the condition of our room.

Side doors are only good to exit, makes a long trip when you have multiple bags.

There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.

Had a great one night stay. I don’t usually stay at non-chain accommodations, but I couldn’t ignore all the great reviews of this property. Good rate, friendly and helpful staff, clean facility and room. My room seemed very newly updated. Breakfast was also good and comparable to more expensive chain hotels. The only thing that seemed to be missing from other hotels was a phone and clock in the room, but in 2026, are they really even needed?!?

This place is a well maintained and convenient to our destination in east Akron. It has a hearty breakfast, besides having the healthy stuff like fruit & granola bars. Very good value.

It was clean but could use some work in the bathrooms. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning worked great. Had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Another couple was waiting too. No ice machines working. Had to go to the front desk and have them get it.

We were unaware that there are pet rooms in this facility, and a barking dog spent the night near us!

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean and for what we paid, I wasn't expecting anything luxurious. My biggest issue was with checking out. We had to leave the hotel before 7 AM, so when I went to the lobby desk to turn in our key cards, the desk was closed and there wasn't a protocol posted on what to do for check out. I'm not a frequent traveler, so I'm not familiar with typical protocols in this situation and it would have been helpful to have something posted to know what to do in this situation.

Pleasant staff. Very clean room. Anti-fog mirror in bathroom...very cool! Breakfast was surprisingly good.

It is an OK hotel. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was good.

When you drive up and entering the front desk the hotel looks rundown. The room was actually updated with a few things still needing done. The room was not super clean with hair on bath floor and Little Rocks on the floor. the pillows smelled of past guests sleep sweat. The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. I chose this hotel for the very good rating. I would not give it that rating. I would say it’s a two star with a good rating. The front desk people were friendly, helpful and efficient.
