Candlewood Suites Alabaster by IHG

Clean establishment, comfortable bed, very helpful staff. Only complaint is the difficulty to get to, but that will become easier as the area develops

Very quiet, even with little ones staying. Front desk was very friendly and lobby smelled amazing. Snack section was perfect, especially if you didnt want to run out to a local store for something to drink or snack on. If I ever have to stay in town again, this will be where I will stay.

Arrived late after moving my daughter all day, the lobby smelled amazing when I first arrived. Super clean room and loved the Dove amenities in the bathroom. The night and morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Will defiantly stay again in the future; glad I found this place.

The room served it purpose and was very spacious. However, their cleaning staff needs to be a little more attentive when cleaning a room after checkout. There were dorito crumbs (I should never be able to identify the food a crumb came from) and there were used nicotine pouches left under the bed from the previous guests. Everything else was super clean and well kept and the staff available at the front were so wonderful and helpful.

Nice and quiet area. Good selection of restaurants to pick up dinner from. Would stay at this chain of hotels again

I had a great stay. Aaliyah, the manager, on duty was very accommodating. My king bedroom was spacious amd clean. Everything needed for my stay. The bed clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied and will stay here again.

Room was a little outdated

My first impression of the hotel was that the lobby looked and smelled clean and was well maintained. The staff at check-in was personable and very helpful, I had a question about the hold information so I knew what to log on my business travel paperwork and she went out of her way to provide accurate information. My room was also clean and welcoming. I enjoy having the full size fridge, microwave and stove top so that I can cook quick meals instead of eating fast food every night I travel. Everything was functional and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, and the location of the hotel was just off the main road enough that I didn't hear traffic noise all night long. The shower water pressure was a little low, and the entry into the shower was short. I am 5' 11" so I had to duck to get in and out of the shower. I also would have appreciated either a slightly larger trash bin, or trash service during my stay.

Had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and cool. Perfect stay!

The property was located near many restaurants and shops. They also kept useful items for your usage that you could use while staying.

Good place for a good night sleep. Well maintained.
