Had to call front desk, tv would not turn on. Turned out it was totally unplugged, as was the phone—so returning to our room at 11:30 at night, we had no phone because someone disconnected it…we thought both things unplugged was rather strange. Refrigerator ran loudly all night. Got up to shower the next morning and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Thank goodness my husband had the foresight to bring a travel sized bottle.

The staff was really nice, the room just felt a little run down and wasn’t thoroughly clean. The curtains let in a ton of light which made sleeping in tricky. The beds were clean and comfy though, so that was really helpful!

Great location. Very clean. Front desk was often unmanned. Couldn’t sleep due to thin walls and person talking on phone until midnight.

Pool opens at 7 and close at 10. Prefer open at least till 11:00pm for late arrivals Breakfast- is not a buffet as mentioned in the website. It’s decent and good. Parking is free and convenient. Location is super great Value for money depends on what nightly rate you paid. Not worth for luxury nightly rates.

Oldest and most worn Hyatt place I’ve stayed in. Room had past guests towel hanging from the door, body hair in the bathroom. Chips on the floor of the elevator and overflowing trash cans in the lobby. Breakfast was sparse and picked over by 8:30 am. I’ll pick a holiday inn express next time.

The hotel was very accommodating allowing for early checkin at no extra cost . The pool and hot tub was in good working condition . The staff was very nice and attentive they allowed my kids to go into dining room to use silverware and microwave they left over dinner late ar night after a local concert. I would highly recommend this location Wish their was a microwave in room but glad that staff was willing to allow guest to use microwave in dining room where continental breakfast is as held
