One quick note you can NOT bring your own alcoholic beverages. I would stay again.

I had requested for extra towels and was told that it would be delivered but didn’t get the towels. Staff were not friendly and most of the restaurants were closed when we arrived to eat.

My room was large, modern & very clean. Perfect stop for my road trip, easy access from I-25 & avoid the city traffic. Plenty to do on-site!

Great hotel place to stay. Lots of room to spare. Clean and comfy bed with 4 pillows. 5 star for a 4 star price but there is a deposit required that i had not expected. Great staff. Valet and wait staff all very cheerful and kind. 8.99 for spam hotdog was a little outrageous. Definitely a place i will return to.

You can not use the trollies to unload your vehicle. You must use vallet service or hand carry your items. My room was not ready to check in around noon. I was due to check out of my prior hotel and could not check into Isletta They did assist me with stowing my cold groceries in a cooler since my good was not ready. I spent the day at Old Town shopping and visited the neon signs at the welcome center. I did not check in until 9pm. I requested a late check out at 12:30pm since one of the primary reasons I booked the room was for the pool and hot tub which I hadn't got a chance to use. I went to breakfast at the cafe in the morning and got a generous portion. They could have browned the hash browns more but they were still good. The waitress was good to me. I went the room and got my swim suit on. The pool had an attendant that required my name to enter the pool in addition to my room key. They provided a towel. The pool was great with indoor and outdoor features and a waterfall. The pool was not too cold in August. The sun chairs were nice. The hot tub was excellent, plenty hot. Relaxing. There were like 3 other guests in the pool area so not crowded. I went to my room and showered and got dressed. About noon the house keeper knocked on my door angery that I was still there. I had the do not disturb light on but it was ignored. I wasn't even dresssed yet. I cracked the door and told him I had been approved for a late check out. He seemed really annoyed, said no one told him.

Our room wasn’t very far, once you got out from the elevator, other times it’s at the end of the hall way It’s clean , got check in right away , didn’t stay in line at all, walk in and right away. Got attended quick

Stay was nice. The room could have had a couple of chairs, still enjoyed the view and patio.

Overall good enough

Helpful staff, nice room. Enjoyed poolside. Great meal at their steakhouse. Young waiter was very friendly and helpful but still learning.

Considering that I wasn't there it must have been nice for the housekeeping staff not to have to clean the room.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. The indoor/ outdoor pool was fun. I would definitely stay there again.

Always happy with our visits to Isleta! The people make it even better!
