Isleta Resort and Casino

The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I booked this property based off the amenities, specifically the spa. When I went to the spa, I was told massages weren't being offered for that day, which is odd. Also, the huge water feature in the spa was undergoing 'maintenance.' The rooms were rundown a bit and did not have enough lighting. I couldn't see what I was doing in certain areas of the room and had to use my phone flashlight. there was also a touch light on the desk that kept turning on by itself throughout the night while sleeping . The tv was also not working properly so that was another unusable amenity. The worst part was the sound coming through the walls from neighbors. Definitely not sound proof. I was woken up several times during the night between 2 am-4:30am by loud drunk neighbors. Food was average and as a whole, the city seemed a bit behind the times. I had a Starbucks app with money on it. When I tried to use it at the casino. The girl had no idea what that was and didn't have a scanner. Fortunately, I won't be coming back to Albuquerque ever.

Room wasn’t super clean. Weird splash marks on walls and doors, substance stuck to phone cable… Front desk staff member Caesar was fantastic and super helpful. Shuttle drivers were great. When we asked for a blanket, we were told “we are at capacity and this is all we have” as a rag like blanket was delivered.

The property is very nice and isolated from heavy foot traffic very comfortable and beautiful morning views.

Everything was nice the room and beds are so comfortable. I like how roomy the bathroom is and big tube to relax in. I had a awesome stay and would stay again.

The room was comfortable but no outside is allowed in your room. The fitness area was under construction so we were referred to the vip fitness area that was very tiny.

Check-in was easy, accessing the room was easy.. we even got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. Staff was very professional and friendly. I wish they would have bigger signs on the buildings to differentiate between casino and hotel. You would have to drive through the parking lot to go look at those signs to see where the hotel is. Other than that not too much to complain about.

First time staying since we had a concert to go do and was awesome. Only thing the AC made our room a bit humid & didn't get cold, good thing we had a fan we travel with.

This hotel is extremely dated and in serious need of a major renovation. The room we stayed in was in poor condition, and the bathroom had visible mold, which was both disappointing and unacceptable.The front desk staff did not honor the VIP upgrade that was included with my Expedia Gold status. Even after I showed them the Gold-tier benefits displayed in my Expedia app, they insisted that the issue was Expedia's fault for not notifying them.In my opinion, this property is closer to a 2.5-star hotel than the advertised 4-star rating. The pickleball equipment provided, including the paddles and balls, was worn out, damaged, and of very poor quality.Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Always a great place to stay! When traveling to ABQ, this is our go-to hotel! We ALWAYS know it will be clean, and super nice place to stay!

Turned on house keeping light they changed the trash left clean towels and refilled the coffee pods . But they didn’t leave any coffee cups to make coffee with . 😉
