Clean room and all amenities worked. Great stay! Maybe just change out the sheets for new ones , can tell they’ve been washed and used awhile just by the peeling of the material

Hotel was very clean - Staff Amazing - the room was bigger that I thought it was going to be - big plus. The bathroom needs a little updating but overall we would stay again.

Great Casino and resort!! Enjoyed playing golf as well, staff and management very helpful and pleasant.

This was the best experience we have had at a hotel in Albuquerque. So much so my wife declared that we are only going to stay here when we come to visit Albuquerque twice a year.

For the price I expect a better stay. Most hotels have ample toiletries in their showers, however this hotel only offered a travel size bottle. The showers were outdated with poor water pressure and barely functioning shower head. Not worth the price

Pool closed for maintenance remodel. Why would you close pool in middle of summer. Should have scheduled this in the winter. No compensation for no pool and was not advised of pool closure til reservation was made and we were arriving.

Even though there was a hiccup with our shuttle service our driver was extremely kind and helpful. Didn’t appreciate the pool closure notification as soon as we got there since this was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay at this hotel. The tub in our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, I had to clean it before using and there was still some particles floating. The rim of the toilet was black and a lot of lime scale in the shower. Another disappointing aspect was asking the front desk a question about their shuttle service to a particular place and she responded in a condescending manner. One redeeming quality was the bar tender at the sports book bar Tiffany who was so helpful recommending non alcoholic drinks.

Everything was great but pool and spa under construction and very noise after 10pm before 6am with maintenance
