The beach area was very nice, but I would suggest getting bathrooms down in that area. Very helpful staff. Nice pool areas… and the water park will be nice when completed.

The water park was closed for renovation. The hot tub was not closed with a sign but had brackish water in it and staff told us not to use it. There were open wires on the down arrow at the top of the elevator door. Everything felt run down and grungy. After over an hour with customer service, the property gave us $25 back and expedia gave us $25 for a future stay. I won't be staying here again. The view was nice though.

It’s a beautiful lake!!! The rooms were nice, clean with a great deck! The property needs some TLC.

You could tell the property wasn't being maintained to its full potential though. Nothing that interrupted our stay by any means, just lots of weeds, low landscaping, and furniture throughout the hotel in very odd places. The furniture has not been updated in a long time. The vibe was off as well, the restaurants had very low attendance which for a weekend in July seemed weird. Something was just off.

The entire facility in almost all aspects is in a desperate need of TLC, to the rooms and facilities.

Yikes, do not go here. Completely unkept property and dirty room. For $283/night a complete rip off.

Disappointed to say the least. Water park not opened . Severely understaffed and untrained ceilings fell from a broken water pipe in the indoor pool, closing that temporarily. However pool was filthy after and they didn’t clean it. I was contacted by manager and given some compensation . He was very nice . Very disappointed

We weren’t able to get any type of worthwhile refund and had spent $300 for one night after the fees and taxes. Extremely disappointed. Needs major renovations.

Beautiful area, waterpark was closed. Huge room, beautiful lake, drilled a beautiful baseline 3 at the indoor gym to show the kids I still had it haha

So disappointing! They need to really invest in this property to bring it back to life. It’s dated, faded, things are not working properly in some rooms, In one of our rooms they had strong air freshener to cover up some other smell. The rooms on higher floors are better than the lower floors.

Arrowwood used to be so wonderful back in the day. They’ve really let it go… so disappointing. I hope the new owners will bring it back to life. I will not be going back until they do.

Amour annual trip. Love location. Hotel is ok. Disappointed that water park was closed & we weren’t notified. Also disappointed that mini golf course was in rough condition. Good at deck bar & dining room was expensive.

From the moment we arrived, there was a strong moldy smell. We switched rooms multiple times hoping it would improve, but every room had the same issue and was dirty and poorly maintained. The pools were also disappointing. They didn't appear clean, and the water park was closed during our stay, which was a major reason we chose this resort. We also looked into renting a pontoon, but after seeing it, we decided against it. The seats were ripped, it was dirty, and it didn't look well cared for. Also be prepared every service is covered in goose poop! Overall, the resort is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and updates. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. We left feeling frustrated and would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel boasts a water park, no mention that it’s out of service and won’t be fixed anytime soon.

We enjoyed this resort overall. A little disappointed in the shape of some of the amenities. Very old volleyballs, basketballs on the court were nearly flat. The restaurant/bar on site was not always open at the times listed it was supposed to be. Rooms are pretty outdated. Food and drinks were good. We enjoyed the pools and the water activities available!
