When we got to our room there was a small moth under the blankets, we altered the front desk & they responded within minutes with a new room no questions asked. New room was clean, quiet & very comfortable. Nice pool, spa services are great.

My mother and I went for a swim in the lap pool, which was so clean, then we hit the jacuzzi tub (oh my goodness, heaven!!!) After we went to dinner on the patio area, so clean, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Food and drinks were so good. Our room was very nice, thank you Guatelupe for the service. (Only thing was the water pressure wasnt as strong) but after taking time to enjoy the other amenities nothing was going to ruin our mommy/daughter time. I will be back with the husband next time!! Ohhh I almost forgot the elevators are so cool, light and sound... Felt like royalty. Thank you to all the kind and helpful staff from the moment we arrived to the time we left.

Amazing property, top level customer service, beautiful amenities. One of the worst hotel showers I’ve ever showered in, it took forever just to get my scalp wet let alone get the shampoo out. They really need to work on increasing their water pressure in the shower. Outside of that everything else was amazing and I would come back

There was a lot of kids but we didn't even care because they had the kids pool area nicely situated to one side of the exterior.

I highly recommend. Everything is great. Except no microwaves in room, which forces you to eat from the restaurant/bar onsight, which the food is excellent, but it gets pricey after a few meals.
