Excellent property & amenities.

Lovely hotel so convenient to the Alpharetta square. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful neighborhoods and loads of local shops. Very clean and safe area, helpful and reliable staff, onsite valet parking should you need it. Room was comfortable and clean with all updated technology and amenities. Highly recommend! Enjoy.

Location was great. Walk to restaurants easy to park. It is the middle of everyting you want to experience in downtown Alpharetta We check in and booking.com told us we had a $50 credit we could use at the hotel but it the front desk said there was no record of it on our reservation after we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food there was just okay and we only ordered just to use up the creeit that was promised when we booked the hotel. Felt like it was a bait and switch especially since other website offered the same room for $40 less.

Our room was not ready at check in and we had to wait about one hour. The car was never ready when we called ahead because the valet were on their phones not paying attention. Once , they even brought us the wrong car. The front desk staff was also not very friendly at all .

Right in the middle of great restaurants and great bars. Loved the hotels very friendly and accommodating staff. Monika and team were fantastic. Mike in valet made us feel very welcome upon arrival. We had a great stay.
