The Hamilton Alpharetta, Curio Collection by Hilton

Perfect to park and walk everywhere! very limited parking and can be expensive. Beautiful location right in the middle of the cutest town, but right down the street from the Ameris Bank Amphitheater. The valets were super personable, helpful, and smiling. Also great restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful venue

I left my Kindle in my room and called the hotel and asked someone to look in my room. The answer I got was “ the Housekeeping staff has been left a note and if put in the safe no manager until Monday”. The call made on Sat after arriving home. What? Why can’t someone ask? Just need to know if it is there or not.

The room was definitely clean, but my only issue was the bed and how rigid the mattress was. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean. We”ll be coming back!

The Hotel is amazing. The Staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is super clean and nice. Rooms are amazing. Everything is fresh and nice. However, there is a nightclub in the basement. They were blasting music till 2am, and it was LOUD. As a result, it was a sleepless night for me and my wife. We chose this hotel over Avalon because we didn't want to stay in a noisy place. Well, it didn't work.

Lovely hotel so convenient to the Alpharetta square. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful neighborhoods and loads of local shops. Very clean and safe area, helpful and reliable staff, onsite valet parking should you need it. Room was comfortable and clean with all updated technology and amenities. Highly recommend! Enjoy.

Location was great. Walk to restaurants easy to park. It is the middle of everyting you want to experience in downtown Alpharetta We check in and booking.com told us we had a $50 credit we could use at the hotel but it the front desk said there was no record of it on our reservation after we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food there was just okay and we only ordered just to use up the creeit that was promised when we booked the hotel. Felt like it was a bait and switch especially since other website offered the same room for $40 less.

I will stay there again should the opportunity arise.

location my room was not only not ready but with bad smell, excess of chlorine in bathroom to try to solve it and air ventilators to try to cover the smell Was promised to have my room change and hotel system was not working without even having the ability to issue new room keys To help solve the issue I was not going to be charged for 1st night what was not able to be done as contracted through Booking and not direct
