The room is clean and staff efficient and friendly. (However, the fridge could be quieter and restroom door less squeaky.) Overall, a wonderful stay.

The staff was great! We had to check out and then got stuck and needed to stay an additional night! They got us right back in! We were very appreciative!!

SAFETY: Multiple safety issues, including a door latch/chain that was broken and a stairwell fire door that was ajar during our entire visit. CLEANLINESS: benedryl in the floor of our bathroom upon arrival. Easily visible without crawling or looking under things. Other detritus on bathroom floor too. Made me question whether towels and sheets were changed or if unused towels are just left for the next guests. KITCHEN: for a place that bills a “full kitchen,” this one had next to nothing. Yes, it has a stove and a microwave, but NO water glasses. What it did have was one small sauce pan (3 or 4 quart, non-stick, and scratched), a colander and one single 10-12” skillet, plus a keurig for making terrible coffee, and a toaster that we didn’t test. It also had 4 plates, 4 small bowls, and 4 coffee cups BUT those were all marked “non-microwaveable.” Unsure why there was a microwave… Silverware was adequate. My son, who checked in before me, was told to ask if we needed more utensils. Here’s the thing — I’m paying almost $300/night for a room with kitchen in a small town. I shouldn’t have to ASK for anything that you’re already changing me for. BREAKFAST: looked gross but all comp breakfasts do. Coffee machine worked tho. My advice is to anyone looking at this place is to find somewhere else to stay. Camp instead. Sleep in your car, which is probably cleaner. ONE GOOD THING: the windows opened.

A great stay in a very large, modern rooms. I just wish we could have utilized the full kitchen! Front desk staff (and breakfast) were lovely!

We have been traveling for a week and this was by far the best stay we had. Room was amazing, staff was extremely attentive to stuff we needed to keep the journey going. Great stay.
