Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Jackson Alpine

Loved the young lady that checked us in . I believe her name was Alyssa . I liked having the full kitchen . There was a sharp edge on the coffee table .

Very nice facility

Staff was super nice and very helpful! Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well. Breakfast is very small and coffee is Keurig only but it wasn’t a big deal.

The shower water pressure is extremely low and the shower head is clogged which probably is part or most of the problem. For both nights, as we were on the second floor, we had the pleasure of the tap dancing children from 2000 to 0230 hours on both nights. We were in room 202 and they are there for the next two months. We contacted the front desk and were told that they were already contacted prior, to no avail. The positives: The breakfast is okay as they have sandwiches, eggs, yogurt, toast, muffins, cereal, juice, some fruit. It’s enough to get you started. The room is really clean and spacious. The front desk clerk at night - Alicia is the most friendly person you will ever meet. The area is very quiet and there is a grocery and gas within walking distance.

the staff was so friendly and helpful. We love the Snake River canyon leading to Jackson, just beautiful. Grocery store was very close, went to a local bar and grill for Monday night football, good food and lots of fun

Breakfast was just ok, lacking variety and only hot food was self microwaved but everything was topped up regularly.

The room was big, clean and modern. We were only there for one night, but we slept well and were refreshed for our trip the next day.

This establishment was amazing there is not one complaint from us an I’m a very picky person when comes hotels . This place I think you could have ate off the floors . The appliances where amazing clean an I never let my husband use coffee pot in hotel rooms but this was a first . Ty for the stay

Newish, super tidy facility. Minimal breakfast. No fitness facility. Staff were very helpful.

A good distance from Jackson's Hole; Uber can get pricey but the but runs right across the street every hour. Overall it was a good stay

I really loved this place. The room was super spacious and bright and cheerful. The staff was awesome

This is an extended stay and they have a full stove/top in the room. I am not sure I would have done that though; due to the potential smell of let's say cooking fish. I think I would have built a dedicated kitchen on the first floor for people to use. But our room was fine and had not odors.

The price was high for the accommodations and the lack of patrons. The reception area was small and easy to miss. Attendant was seemingly a bit moody (Amery), but in time warmed up.

Excellent staff. Room amenities were great. My only recommendation is to add guest laundry facilities.

Checking out requested an email receipt, or printed which ever was easier for the staff. Staff stated you book thru booking.com get there we don’t give you one. We questioned that, since we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels thru booking.com and have always received a receipt via email or printed. Staff stated nope not our problem.
