Where do I start..I booked this room 6 months in advance for a king with a roll in shower (handicap accessible). I show up and there are none available. Then Garrett (who was fabulous!!) tried to get things worked out. Only to find that a desk manager changed our booking ( without our knowledge) to a queen room!! Nope, not for us!! Then Garrett (G) found us a king room. It was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. A motel 6 we stayed at had bigger rooms!! There were dirty clothes under the bed (I guess that's not included in the cleaning process). The BED was so high we had to get a stool from the front desk just to get in and out of bed. The rail in the shower was useless in the position it was located. Very poor design. We booked a mobility accessible (ADA) room so we would have a roll in shower with multiple grab bars to accommodate our mobility needs. Navigating the room we were forced into would surely have qualified us for the Special Olympics. Thankfully neither of us were bound to a wheelchair, but someone with balance issues makes for difficulty maneuvering. Knowing now that a reservation at your hotel guarantees nothing, it is impossible for me to refer anyone to lodge there.

The suite was great with all the amenities for a great stay. I stayed one night and got in late and got up early. The bed was par at best.

Everything was good- staff, amenities, room. The swimming pool was filthy and cloudy. Part of the reason I selected this hotel was because of the pool but we were unable to use it due to hygiene reasons. Gym was nice.

Outdoor patio and the pool were very relaxing. The fitness center was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Room could have been cleaner. The large mirror in the living room was covered in streaks.

This is the first time we have stayed here at this hotel. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was ok. I wish there was more of a variety daily. It seemed like it was the same food everyday. I was surprised that there was not waffles. We definitely will stay again when we visit Altoona. Thank you for a great stay.
