Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa

We had a lovely time as a family at the Omni. The property is beautiful and very child friendly! All of the on site restaurants are wonderful. The bed itself has some room for improvement, very hard, stiff linens, and non supportive pillows. The entire staff was wonderful and welcoming. The spa was also a wonderful experience, best massage I have had in a long time!

Location and the resort well maintained

We got off to a rough start with having bugs in our room on the 6th floor. We had already unpacked so we had to pack up again and get moved a floor higher. The following day the front desk manager call me and wanted to move us again this time to a suite on the eight floor I almost said no because the thought of unpacking again was a turn off for me. However she asked my husband what he wanted to do and he said move of course. So we moved to the suite Wednesday Thursday and Friday night. The front desk called a couple of time to make sure we are comfortable. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received. The shuttle service has a very handy. Everyone was so polite and happy. It turned our disaster first day into a completely difference and positive experience. I would go back there within the next few months. I would like to thank all the staff members including bell men, housekeeping, bar staff restaurant and kitchen staff the grounds keepers and the front desk staff and especially the front desk manager.

I paid for a suite and arrived late, all to avoid any rush. Our suite was not ready 2 hours after check-in time.

Great property. All staff are really nice and friendly . Food at the tiki bar is delicious. We had issued with the AC in the room and the maintenance was able to come fix it in a short time frame. The manager was prompt in giving credit for our inconvenience. Great place for weekend vacations

Perfect room for a

We loved our stay! There was so much to do, and easy to get around the resort with the shuttle . The kids’ splash pad was a huge hit with our son, and the Nature Center was great too! Breakfast was really good. Such a fun, family-friendly resort—we would definitely come back! We loved everything

Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, which is to be expected. We booked this trip as an anniversary/babymoon, which neither were addressed during check in, not even Ben a congratulations. When we arrived at our room, there were dirty glasses and trash outside our door. We went to shower after a long day of travel, and there was no running water. When we asked the front desk, they were unsure of why this was and how long it would be until fixed. We tried to go in the pool, that was closed, I’m assuming to the broken pipe that caused the hotel to shut the water off. No way of cooling down or getting refreshed after traveling. It was disappointing because I am pregnant and really needed to cool down. So we had lunch to kill the time, and our food was wrong and partially inedible. The beginning of our stay was not great. The rest of the trip was good but a first impression of the hotel is very important, esp when choosing it to celebrate multiple life events at the same time. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Food and bar service was 8/10. That as the highlight of the trip sadly.

The layout is confusing at night making check in irritating

The view of the ocean The rooms are dated.The bathroom sink didn’t drain.You could hear people in the next rooms and in the hallway.

A Hotel that looks like an overpriced Motel. (My kids words lol) when you pay a lot for one night and then they charge you more for hotel service fees, and some more for valet, also 2 burgers for three figures plus service fees for selling you the burgers then you get room service of 2 items (same order and they bill you for 2 delivery fees of 6 each) it’s just crazy. Ended paying another bunch for 2 meals and all the extra fees. Not worth it at all. The Ritz is a lot better

From the full-service pool experience to the coffee shop and variety of restaurants, every detail made our stay enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! I also had the opportunity to enjoy the spa, which was beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish!

Nice pools, adult pool, right on the beach. Quiet, nice stay for couples!

The location and the beach also the rooms were great clean and comfortable. Many dinning options and great coffee Very little information regarding the facilities, the restaurants and the activities also no directions on how to get around. The breakfast buffet and no napkins near and everyone touches the serving utensils. Very unsanitary.

This is a beautiful resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was great. Highly recommended.

I love the omni, we had a great weekend there every time we go. The only negative comment that I have is about the food and beverage program acrros the resort, it could be so much better, thoughtful and more elevated.
