The villa was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The sitting area was incredibly cozy, and having such easy access to the ocean made the experience even more special. Our only significant inconvenience occurred when the elevator in our building went out. Unfortunately, this made getting around very difficult for us, especially because of the heat and because my husband had recently undergone leg surgery. As a result, we weren’t able to explore and enjoy as many of the resort’s other amenities as we had hoped. However, what stood out to us was how quickly management acknowledged our concerns and worked to rectify the situation. We truly appreciated that level of care and responsiveness. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the overall atmosphere of the resort. It had the peaceful, mature, relaxing ambience we were hoping for. There were no excessive waits when we wanted to eat, and everything felt comfortable and unhurried. It was the perfect resort to celebrate at.

Beautifully secluded yet well appointed. Perfect balance.
-
Beautiful resort, our 2nd time there. The only problem was the water was out for 5-6hours on 2 different days, not sure what the issue was, they told us it would happen. Not that big of a deal but it was a little inconvenient.

Enjoyed my trip. Food at lunch and dinner was very good. The accommodations were very pleasant. The adult pool was very quiet, clean and the staff around the pool area provided excellent service.

We loved this property… Everybody was so nice and so accommodating and helpful. We will go back there again and bring our kids with us next time. Loved the adult pool and family pool. Used the shuttles to get to and from restaurants and shops, nice perk. Bartenders were all super sweet and fun to be around!! we can’t wait to go back. Spent our 30th anniversary choosing this hotel/resort and property

Shower and toilet area are very small and dated
-
The cost of Valet parking and all the taxes they added. $285 extra for 3 nights. The outside of our door was rusting and the bathroom door had layers of paint peeling off.
-
Housekeeping wasn't consistent
-
The hotel looks renovated. However, they didn’t do anything to the wet space in the guest rooms. Showers are very bad - next to no water pressure, shower was stopped up and stood in 3” of water the entire shower, the fixed panel leaked water and there was a lot of water behind toilet and floor.

Really nice place. !!!!

Property was lovely. Expensive. I was not aware there would be a $200 service dog fee. Can you have that waived
