I was in the Buffalo area for a funeral, and this property was centrally located to where the services occurred. The staff was helpful, the room was very comfortable, and very quiet.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel. It was perfect. I am booking only Hyatt hotels because I always have excellent experiences.

Great location, staff was extremely helpful. The pool was appreciated as the temperature was extremely warm. The room had everything we needed .

I like that it was right around the corner from the scott bieler Cancer center. I didn’t like the kids fingerprints all over the windows.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff but uncomfortable beds and very noisy rooms if you’re placed facing the highway. We woke up several times to highway noise, the dumpster was emptied around 3:45am, and the AC kicks on and off all night long. The beds are uncomfortable and body wash container was empty in the shower.

And a fire alarm at 6am. For 30 min. No one at the front desk to explain anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
