The bed was collapsed and left my husband sleeping in a hole, the ceilings look like tie-dye art with all of the water leaks present, and a cup of hot coffee seemed impossible to get. Desk staff that gives you the impression you’re an nuscance to them. Overall, there’s just really not much good left to say about this place.

The new pools are very nice. The finish on the bottom of the new pools is very rough on your feet. Sadly they are getting rid of the big outdoor pool because that is the best part of the stay. The total amount of pool surface will be drastically reduced once they take that pool. It is a great place for families. For some reason there was a dog on the pool deck, it was not a service dog! There were also bats, several bats, in the lobby. We have been going here for 30 years. We hope to go back as long as the pool experience is good.

This place that think they are a 5star resort lack in so many ways. 85%of the staff look like they would like to be anywhere but at Fairmont. Chairs and garbage cans were not equally dispersed. Doorway to outdoor pool is disgusting looking. Ate in the cafe at 8:45 at night and had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. Hopefully they will work harder on becoming what they think they are.

Stopped at the hotel on our way through Montana. When we showed up, we paid for our room, got our keys and headed to change to use the hot springs. Upon entering the elevator and the halls, we noticed it was very warm inside, but figured it was the heat from the day. Once we opened our room, we had a drastic shift in temperature. Our room was registering 63F degrees inside. My husband figured the AC had been left on, and went to adjust it, but it wouldn't turn on. We called the front desk to which they told us that the resort did not currently have any heat or AC, mind you I had just checked in and this was never mentioned. This is 8pm at night, so it was getting late. The front desk offered us a space heater for the evening, but that was all they could do. At this time, more and more families began complaining as they were now getting kids reads for bed with no heat and limited space heaters. For over $300 a night, this should have been mentioned at check-in. We asked for a refund, which took over 45 minutes and they made me call Expedia to get it authorized. Then told us that they found another hotel for us to stay in that had a vacancy in Anaconda, then sent us on our way. We traveled to the new hotel that they sent us to in Anaconda, but the staff there said they told them they were already full when they called. By the time our head hit a pillow, it was a 40 min drive and all resteraunts were closed, so we ate gas station food. Horrible experience!

Loved the cold drinks directly available out at the pool area.

The room was fine, but the pool area was not.
-
Pool was nice room was a little rough.. hole patch on ceiling, squished bugs in bathroom ceiling. But it was a crash pad on the road trip and the kids loved the pools and slide. Golf course was nice too!.
-
The hot springs weren’t hot. The water was warmer than a swimming pool but we went there to soak in hot spring water. Very disappointing.
-
The kids loved the water slide however we noticed lots of cuts on them the next day so be careful. Room was spacious Liked the balcony Beds were comfortable The curtain blocks the a/c vent so adjust accordingly The shower had lot of pressure but it was like needles hitting my skin. The overall feeling of the hotel was dated Definitely needs done work done to all areas Rug was lumping in our room and the hall. Dinner was a tad overpriced but the food was good Outdoor bar had different alcohol than the indoor restaurant so if you’re looking for a specific one check both places. The charge for WiFi is just uncalled for.

Arrived and were told we had no reservation. Had reser ed through Hotels.com, and they showed it had been cancelled a few months prior. They did have an available room so it worked out. Food at the restaurant (Waters Edge) was not great, but ok, just not for the prices. No daily cleaning service, which i would expect for a nearly $300/night room. Overall, stay was ok, but not what we expected for the price. Pool was ok, will be better when they finish their new pool area.

I hadn’t stayed here for at least five years. The upgrades have really improved the place. The pools were great. And the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

We stayed here as a halfway point between The Grand Tetons NP and Glacier NP. This place was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and the staff was super friendly. It has a restaurant, a bar and ofcourse the hot sping pools! The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
