The room is in terrible and unsanitary condition. I even saw hair on the bed and in the bath tube. Specifically, the main door lock feels faulty, flimsy, and seems like it is about to break. Furthermore, there is absolutely no internal security latch. Terrible!!!

Nothing The room wasn’t clean the personal from the front desk really rude! The lady ask me how many person I said one because it was only me and my dog next day when I check out the keep my deposit because I have a dog they never told me that when I check in she told me I ask you how many person I was her my animal is a person? The keep my deposit they are so rude

No ice maker no coffe maker no hand wash clothes outdated soap need newer bottles for body soap shampoo condo lotion need updated paint and repairs there was low water hot pressure in jacuzzi took 1 hr fill strong bleach smell not diluted had open window

Everything was bad nothing went well i had to speak to the booking manager from booking.com to talk to the property for this sad place. Travel inn motel said there only supposed to be two adults that can stay with No kids aren't allowed no service dogs too never allowed. Nor third person my dad as a visitor is never allowed they wanted to have a reason to check our luggage due to the weight of the rooms that the floors May collapse. What huh we were surrounded by a lot of homeless people people doing heavy drugs and very smelly We had to pay $60 deposit for extra body just visiting for 4 hours and our service dog. To continue everything was just bad nothing was well met. Blankets sheets was just horrible remote control was not working properly we got charged for having a visitor there was nobody allowed to be standing outside you couldn't even see how it sit outside there's trash load everywhere there was no work for our service dog to potty. Cable TV was not working everything was shut down we were just surrounded by a bunch of drugs people people were panhandling was no security for the parking lot

The owners harassed me daily, calling and knocking on door late hours, chased me to car I had to call the police, they then refused to check me out and refused to give any refund. I stayed 3 days out of the 10, very unsafe, dirty. Everything

Location and price The staff can be uptight sometimes

The staff were rude they were not trying to let me check in at first than when they did it wasn't the room that I paid for.

Property manager and staff are very friendly and answers quickly to queries. Property is very clean. I do recommend it

I was in a car accident on my way to check on and was hospitalized. I was never issued a refund despite my injuries and the loss of my inform child 🚸

I sustained extensive injuries including the loss of my unborn child and still no refund? I need thos escalated

The hot tub in the room was very nice. However, upon arriving, I saw a roach come out of one of the jets. I told management and they got rid of that ONE. I was hoping it was just one guy from the pipes, but nope. There were certainly more that we found in the room the next morning. They’re roach infested AND even though I left the room better than I found it, I didn’t get my deposit back. The hot tub needed to be cleaned after I arrived. I normally am not much of a stickler, but I reallllyyy wanted to use the tub and it wasn’t clean.

Sometimes people are begging for dior to street but I mean I get that and that's not the hotel issue that's just the area of town. I love it cause I threw up around this shit makes me laugh. But it's nothing
