Clean, well-managed, pleasant lobby, location very close to multiple restaurants, safe, nice staff. The two men behind the registration counter were real people with senses of humor.

Large room, clean, convenient Very expensive for what we got! South facing window heated up the room and there was no AC, so the room was incredible hot!

Large rooms, clean property, kind and helpful staff. My only complaints are that the hotel is a little dated and shares a parking lot with a Walmart.

Room was clean and ready. Air conditioner not working in our assigned room and mechanics not available. Was assigned a different room and no issues. Great staff, friendly.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend. I nearly got stuck at another hotel that claimed to be three stars but the reviews for that hotel were horrendous. So I booked a last-minute stay at the diamond hotel. Which is also considered a three-star hotel and definitely was that and more. The staff were great, the rooms were extremely clean and nice and the beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was just a cherry on top. Also location is great, next to a grocery store and the mall. I felt very safe in this area.

The staff is super nice. Delicious super hot coffee parking for big rigs is nice and spacious there.This is the second time we stayed there in a week however, the shower happened to be pretty cool temperature on our second stay
