The property was nice and well kept. The downtown area was nice and clean. It’s approximately 30 minutes from Clemson, nice little drive. There are lots of places to eat and shop in Anderson. We would stay there when in the area.

Clean, nice sized room with kitchen area. No regular coffee in room. Had to wait about 20 minutes or longer for a staff member to return to front desk.

The cleanliness of this location was not as good as other Home2Suites that I have stayed at. There was grim in the shower door track and in the corners as well as the dining area had sticky syrup on the floor.

We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.

What fabulous service and communication

We enjoyed our stay here. The property had everything you could need including parking. The only hitch was I could not use my Hilton honors membership number to get on the Internet because I booked through Expedia. I never had this happen before. They said we also could not get any Hilton member points because we booked on Expedia.

Friendly staff, very accommodating Breakfast was good with a good variety of things to choose from. I was impressed with the room. Seemed larger than other places I’ve stayed and had a modern look. All furnishings seemed new and well cared for. But

Facility is brand new. Our room’s furniture was comfortable. Its cooling/heating system kept our room at the desired temperature. The breakfast had a good variety and would be considered above the industry standard, in my opinion.

Great, modern hotel in Downtown Anderson. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Free parking garage right next to hotel entrance. Several restaurants within 1-5min walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!
