Baymont by Wyndham Andrews TX

Very good

Not far from the middle of town, easy access to main road, the suite was very clean, provides everything you need as the comfort of your home. The outside is very clean as well, quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking available. I have not found anything I don’t like as of yet.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Trash was in the room next to the bed. We had to hunt for an ice machine because they wasn’t one where the sign said.. and the only one we found on the 2nd floor didn’t work..and the bed had no movement, hard as a rock and flat pillows. Breakfast was nice.

Food was barely adequate

Outside of hotel looks great. The lobby is ok but as you enter into the hallway to go up is when it starts to show how terrible shape the place is in. The third floor hallway is HOT & it reeks of sewer. Someone attempted to cover up the smell with a bottle of febreeze & left it to prop the door. We got into our room to find the trash from the previous tenant was still there. The kitchen sink was absolutely disgusting with left over food from the previous tenant as well. The shower was luke warm. When we woke up the next morning the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to add water to the top for it to fill up & flush. The complimentary breakfast was ok but the counters were disgusting. When I went to get ice the machine on our floor was out of order, went to the 2nd floor the machine wouldn’t work then when I went to the 1st floor there was no ice machine. I’ve never been so glad to leave a place.

Location was fine. My husband was here for work for one year. We had NO Air conditioning for over 24 hours and the room was 87 degrees the whole time. Staff didn't seem to care. Carpet in hallways and rooms is disgusting and had what looked like bloodstains in hallway, always smelled atrocious. Room was dirty. I spent two days and $$$ on cleaning supplies and cleaning black grease and grime from every surface in the room. The shower almost took a wrench to turn it off and on. Had to buy a $70 mattress topper just to make the bed decent to sleep in. Never had enough clean towels or washclothes and the ones we did get were threadbare! top floor was hot as hell and stunk the whole time we were there. But we prepaid for two weeks so were stuck there until this past Sunday. Couldn't get out fast enough! Everything!!!!

Bed was hard, bathroom needs to be remodeled.

Breakfast was good location was spot on The breakfast, location ,and the immensities around the motel and staff was friendly

Clean hotel, great staff

The location. The original room we got was just a kind standard room 2ed floor we went up to the room the key wouldn't work went back an forth 3 times to change the key front desk upgraded the room as she didn't know how to change the battery in the door. Next room was the 3rd floor as soon as we got off the elevator you can clearly smell the change we got to the room an it was clearly not properly cleaned for a long time we had out puppy with us we had to clean under the bed an anywhere he would get to so he didn't eat any food we found 15 skittles a half pack of expired piringles a half eaten bag of beef jurkey as well as chocolate raisins after cleaning up the room we tried to relax an watch TV that didn't work by that point we were both so tired an frustrated we just let it go. In the evening with no TV to drownedout the noise of others my dog had a hard time sleeping on edge with every noise when I went to plug in my charger to the outlet there was a broken off charger in the outlet I believe thats a fire hazard. Its a beautiful hotel not sure why it's so dirty even in the hallways or the lobby but they should really think on having there cleaning staff evaluated an the location inspected. If my very expensive dog would have eaten that chocolate it would have been a bad day for that Baymont location.

There was no hot water. The carpet was old and coming up. It made a tripping hazard

The out side was nice and clean. The rooms where nice big we where upgraded to rooms with a kitchen. It was nice for the most part a great stay. There were a few things we didn’t like. One room had a bunch of fruit flys and the dishwasher was so nasty with water in the inside. But everything else was nice we enjoyed it

We had to demand to get our room clean. Housekeeping only came by every other day,

Hotel smells like sewage. Staff was rude, unpleasant, didn’t offer late check out, said they’d remove my things from the room and place them in the lobby when I have enough points for extra nights or late check out I didn’t like anything. I stayed longer than I wanted

They were in the middle of redoing the roof, so a lot of the parking lot was unavailable due to the construction. There were minor cosmetic things about the property that could’ve been maintained or cleaned. Other than that, I was there less than 12 hours so the stay was fine.
