Pros - House was great in regards to interior space and interior appearance. The pool was great but it needs to be refinished Having full bath out by pool was great. Cons - Limited on patio lounging chairs. Missing a screen on pool screen. Yard needed weeding. I pulled the ones between the house and the canal after a heavy storm. The door to the garage/laundry won't stay shut. Listed a sofa bed but it was a sectional and you removed back pillows to make a single bed. Small guest room needed small side table and lamp. Could have used mirrors in the bedrooms. The keyless entry was kind of a pain.

Great location!! Just a few minutes (walking) from the beach. Also near sandbar, north shore cafe, donut experience, and pizza social which are great and main spots there. The house was very big and super comfortable. Communication was great! I forgot a few things and they are helping me to get them back via mail. I recommend it and I would love to come back :) The bbq was not clean at all, and that made it very difficult to cook our food because fire was weak due to the amount of grease. Also, we tried use the jacuzzi and it never got heated.

The interior of the house was recently renovated and is very nice and comfortable. The ability to be sitting out at the pool in the lanai area and still watch/hear what was going on inside was great. We all enjoyed the neighborhood and the ability to walk to restaurants and to the beach. The exterior of the property and the landscaping could use some help (weeds and uneven ground). The pool area could also use a general cleaning (pressure washing of the floor and pool).

We loved the property. Garage is small for anything other than something like a mini cooper. Golf cart didn't even fit, but not a problem as there is ample parking in front of the house. It was great to have my family there and everyone relax by the covered pool. Bathrooms are a little small but unexpected bonus was a full bathroom air conditioned in the pool area, so that saved wet bodies from running through the house to use the restroom. Overall great facility, super big houses on each side but it worked, good natural barrier between them. The house was clean, a few things here and there that you could tell it was a rental but still well-appointed and taken care of. Anything I did report the hosts were prompt to have to checked and repaired by their support staff. The kitchen was big with plenty of space to work if you are a family of foodies like we are, we cooked a bunch there at the house just to enjoy things on our own schedule. Really recommend this house, it was just what the doctor ordered for a relaxing vacation.

Place was immaculate. Very clean and plenty of space. Nothing to not like, total package for the price.

House is spacious. House was nice and clean. Good price. Pool alarm was very annoying. None of the Bypass buttons worked from the outside Pool and hot tub were too warm Master bathroom needs serious renovation.

Proximity to the pier and walking distance to the beach. Once two service techs came by to get the hot tub working, we enjoyed it. It's in a quiet area. Biggest disappointment, and something we should have caught in reviewing the listing, is that one of the bathrooms is a pool bath. We specifically rented a 3BR/3BA so our all adult group wouldn’t have to share a bathroom. But an outside bathroom isn’t exactly convenient. The other disappointment was having alarms on all the sliders to the pool. With a beautiful pool area on the canal, it would have been nice to have a door open getting fresh air and encouraging flow through from outside/in. An elderly had a hard time getting through in the allotted few seconds, triggering the alarm. Instructions for using wifi (same ones printed in the book inside) are incorrect. Luckily we were able to figure it out on our own. Bathrooms are tiny, mattresses are hard. Fun house warped mirror and broken tp holder in "master" bath. Broken cupboard door in kitchen. Stained furniture. Concrete around the hot tub deteriorating. Towering neighbor house has lights that shine brightly into two bedrooms, no match against the paper thin blinds – so you think the sun us up at 3a. This house is probably a tear-down once it's sold, based on what's going on in the area. One of the service techs said he’s been called to this house about 30 times in the past few months for various non-working things. Vacasa was great to work with and we'll return to the area for family gatherings but we'll definitely look for a different property.

Loved having our own pool and hot tub, close to the beach, backed up to the canal so my son fished and loved it! Clean house and very spacious! A little run down, could use some new fixtures and bath update, front door code didn’t work and the key worked but you had to hold it in place otherwise it just rotated. Could have used more direction on how the door alarms worked and what buttons to push for the pool and spa area.

Location you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and nice pool size. Large kitchen. Pool area needs to be clean (pressure clean). The home is dated.

Good accommodations found at last minute when our other property fell thru. Pool was fantastic. Seemed like older construction with great kitchen (but bedrooms small) Construction next door. Alarm on sliders (had problems 75% of the time when reentering home). Only booked 1 night (we enjoyed it and would have loved to stay longer)

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Great pool area and perfect location to beach while on a lovely canal for backyard fishing!!! Plenty of water toys in the garage. You can walk to the pier and shopping too! LOVE this place! Fourth 'bed' was a couch with no linen...no big deal for kids but had we had another adult it would have been.

Location was excellent. Very nice home. No coffee in the house.
