New and very clean property.

The carpet on the 3rd floor was not vaccuumed until the day before we left. There was a qtip, medicine vial and safety pin in the hallway the entire time

Decent place to stay. Adequate but just.

I personally called the property once I returned home and spoke to different staff on separate instances to find out why my reservation was cancelled by the hotel and they and blamed it on Expedia. I received different answers from different hotel staff. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite a while.

Loved Hannah at the bar. The room was a very fair value. We were disappointed that we had to wait an hour and a half past check-in for the room to be ready. That was kind of a bummer but would stay there again.

Our room was clean and perfect temperature when we arrived. Easy online check-in. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and though we did not go to the bar this trip it is so nice that it is there. Walk-in shower was very nice for tall or short!!

Cancelled my booking at 6 pm day of, even though I had completed pre check in. No call, only an apology when I called. Terrible service

Shower had foot support. A bit narrow for any average sized man, so if you have broad shoulders or a wide girth, you will have some trouble moving about in the shower. Most ppl will hit their elbows. Yet good counter space. "Closet" was a square hanging area design. Useful and unique.

The room keys kept having to be reprogrammed and could not get into my room several times throughout my stay.

EVERYTHING WAS SO NICE AND THE PROPERTY WAS MANICURIED VERY WELL THE COFFEE WAS DELICIOUS THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE, THE SHOWER MADE ME LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT BUT I GOT IT TO WORK (LOL). I THOUGHT THEY DID'NT HAVE HOT WATER. WE NORMALLY STAY IN DALLAS BUT THIS HOTEL WAS CLOSER TO MY DAUGHTER & SON IN LAW'S HOME.
