Friendly staff. Room was clean. I liked that it was close to gas stations, Walmart, and restaurants. The blinds blacked out the whole room which was nice. Also a very quiet location.

Everyone was helpful. The whole hotel as well as room, was clean and neat. Could not hear noises from rooms at all. Only drawback was loud door closing.

The hotel was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, they hire people that hate their jobs and don’t care about guests. One woman in particular working the front desk was miserable and created a terrible check in experience, and acted annoyed when asking for any other assistance. Without the poor guest service experience, I’d probably have rated the hotel a 4 or 5.

I enjoyed staying there. I like the coffee machine, making fresh brewed coffee on demand. The rooms were superb, and the pillows—I am going to order some; they were so comfortable. Quiet air conditioner, plenty of space for taking out clothes from your luggage, and excellent water pressure when taking a shower. I recommend this place.

Terrible experience traveling with a service animal.

The associate at guest check in was wonderful! I mentioned that we were planning on going to the pool after taking our luggage to the room and she brought out pool towels for us in case there weren’t any poolside. All of the staff were super friendly and the establishment was very clean.
