The 1st room lasted 5 minutes after discovering the room smelled of smoke (non smoking) and the toilet did not flush. The next room also had evidence of smoking but the toilet flushed. Kind and caring staff. Property clean.

Great spot for the night. Wifi a little buggy, but great staff and clean bedding made up for it. This is a smaller place, so best for small stays. Pool was CLEAN.

Not what I thought it was supposed to be they did not even have breakfast only coffee but when I checked out at 9 the front door was locked

I booked this place based on the photos through Expedia. It looked like a good spot. We arrived and it was not as I expected. It more like a motel than a hotel. Don't get me wrong. The place would serve well as a place for rest after a long day in Florida. However, I booked this trip for my girlfriend's 40th birthday weekend. I was looking for something less motel and more hotel. The person manning the front desk was great. He was sympathetic and advised I that since I checked in, it would be difficult to do any kind of refund. He also showed me a couple different units in an effort to have me stay. But they just didn't fit the weekend's purpose. We stayed all of 15 minutes and booked at another place. My rating is a reflection of my disappointment in the management's unwillingness to see my perspective and provide a partial refund.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The hotel was close to some restaurants and that was convenient. Unfortunately, there were no first floor rooms available and no elevator. We had to carry our baggage upstairs, which was inconvenient since we were there for a wedding and had a lot of things.
