The property was great! The breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, yogurt, etc. Pool was nice but the hot tub had no water in it. There's a sauna. We enjoyed it and would go back.

Very clean room spacious well kept up

I was dissatisfied with the service. I was booked for five days but didn't need all the days. I understand I booked through a third party expidia. I still feel like the hotel is not returning communication from expidia when they reach out. The young lady athe front desk wouldn't even give me any kid of documentation that I checked out. We had a fire evacuation in the middle of the night we waited outside for two hours, the next morning I asked if I could check out late the same young lady told me that they don't allow late check out. I didn't feel like they had good customer service in general.

Good service

We stayed here with our high school basketball team. At about 11:30 a fire alarm went off and was immediately silenced. It went off again and silenced again. We called down to the lobby and they said it was a false alarm. Look in the hallway and it’s all smoke. Decide to pack up and go outside and come to find out the staff don’t call 911, a guest did. Ended up finding out that there was a Freon leak. Super scary and ended up staying at the hotel next door. We better get refunded as it was not safe to stay there.

A very solid essentials place to stay.

The location was perfect for our needs, customer service was okay and although the hotel sent communication through the Expedia app they never responded to my request for a crib or shared details about breakfast- which was the exact same thing both days or the pool hours. I realize they are posted but typically places still share and point out when doors lock etc. I had to run to my car and couldn’t get back in with my key card after 11pm so I had to walk around the building.

The hotel looked as though it had been recently renovated and the grounds were clean. However the shower was luke warm and the breakfast offerings were limited.

In town with my spouse and teen for soccer tourney. If you are just looking for an ok bed for a night, this is adequate. However, for the price, we were disappointed by the breakfast quality and options, the room lighting, and hot water access (good for one shower, and only at a time not popular for showering). The hot tub seems to be consistently down, there are no screens in the windows, and there was an ongoing background noise we could hear in our room that took some getting used to (like a motor/loud hum of some sort running all the time). The lighting at the sink was poor, and as mentioned in other reviews, there’s only 1 bar of soap in the room so you have to move it from the shower to the sink. (I probably could have requested another but why not leave 2 in the room?) I would stay elsewhere next tournament - they were close to the fields, but higher priced with lower amenities and farther from everything else.

The room was good but the bathroom was poorly lite and they is no place in the shower to put soap or shampoo.

I rented a hot tub room. The hot did not work properly. Missing jets. I let the desk know but she didn’t much care. Never heard anything else when I checked out the next morning.

Hot tub was broken.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was empty. I had called before and was told it was working. It was one of the reasons we stayed there. The lighting in the room was poor. The outside bathroom mirror was poorly lit and unable to use for makeup and hair. The room was clean and bed comfortable

I would stay here again. Very clean and relaxing.

The hot tub was under repair but that was not known when I booked.

Pools hot tub was not working, pool area was like 90 degrees for air temp. The whole hotel was super warm, the breakfast area felt like 90 degrees and was very uncomfortable to eat in!

We had to ask for breakfast 30 minutes before breakfast was done. Also ran out of hot water.

A second bar of soap or a complimentary shower gel would be nice. The bar of soap was used at the sink to wash our hands leaving nothing fresh to be used for showering. Breakfast was not up to the normal Americinn standards. It was a Sat., & we went to eat just before 9:30am. There was no hot breakfast at all. No staff was in attendance in the breakfast room. Choices were extremely limited. Very disappointing experience.

Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.
