Staff was nice. Breakfast was basic nothing exceptional. Hot tub didnt work and the pool was freezing

Hot tub out of order! We came night early to use hot tub and couldn’t use all weekend. No compensation either

Exceptional

Clean, great sized pool, nice ice machine, and coffee always available in the lobby. Rooms were nice. The roll down blinds and black out blinds were a great set up. Lighting in the sink area in the rooms was horrible. The breakfast needed gluten free options. The pool table was in disrepair. The workout room was severely lacking. (A set of weights by 5lbs from 5-50 or more would be a great start). Staff was rarely at the desk when we passed by. I’m sure they’re friendly, but there was no opportunity for them to connect with guests or seem available if they’re never up front.

My husband and I lived how clean and quiet it was, this was the first room we've booked in the last 5 years that actually lived up to its pictures and ratings Nothing everything was excellent

It was close to the place I was visiting. It had a restaurant walking distance. Just that the jacuzzi was down.

only problem i had was the hot tub was not working
