Got in the room. Pull out has no blankets. Go to desk for blankets they had one really poor condition blanket, no sheets, no pillows for it. Bathroom smelled like urine. Hot tub closed with no notice. Completely drained empty so don’t come for that.

Had hoped to use the hot tub but it was not in use. Breakfast was the same x 2 day. Not good selection.

The breakfast and location was great. Absolutely awesome to walk to the nearby restaurant!! The numerous bed pillows were all too soft

Clean, comfy room. Front desk staff was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is in the accessible room I had would be to put the tv remote on the desk, where a person in w a wheelchair would be able to reach.

The hotel staff were of little use for anything as they were new to the country/ city and had no recommendations for restaurants or other local activities. Breakfast was literally the same thing daily (little variety), the pool was murky and poorly maintained. Overall the hotel looked worn out even though i would say it was maybe 15 years old. we had few options for our airshow stay, but i would steer clear if you have options since the owners/ staff seem disinterested in keeping the place maintained and the clients happy.

Good clean hotel. Need a basic place to stay for a couple of nights. Only complaint was lack of lighting in the sink area.

It was as expected for the price. Very comparable to other hotels I've stayed at.

My 4 night stay was during EAA's AirVenture, so room prices were very expensive (as they are anywhere near Oshkosh). Perhaps this made my expectations higher. The room was adequate, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was good. Management knocked on door and asked if we needed anything. Minor opportunities for improvement: The complimentary coffee in the lobby was weak and not worth drinking. The included breakfast was quite limited, and could have been much better. The scrambled eggs were very salty, dry, and clearly from a box. They were gone and not replenished one morning. The sausages were also very salty. Same meal options every day. No fresh pastries. Convenient, but could be much better.

There were no towels by the pool. The hot tub had no water. Felt the staff could have told us about the hot tub.

Bad

They don’t use the HVAC system. The room was so humid that the sheets were wet and sticky. All the windows were sweating and the staff was useless

Pancakes were great. Option for hot tea nice as that’s rare. Pool was nice but could use more ventilation in area. Sauna was nice.

Pro and Con. Con -Many many rooms had windows covered by a white milky substance on the exterior, possibly from the above cooling units poorly vented. It was like milk poured over the windows, and you couldn't see clearly outside - at all. (I have photos) Plus my window screen a had a huge rip so it flapped in the wind. Also bathtub drain plug was disconnected, came out, and drained slowly. Pro: The bed seemed newer, and was clean and comfortable. The place was relatively clean. And the breakfast was good.

Room was clean - bathroom could use some TLC. Requested a late check out via their text option and did not get a response. Had to call the front desk to get an answer.

Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and a pancake machine. Wide selection . of cereals etc. Rooms clean. Excellent value overall. Will go back.

The property was great! The breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, yogurt, etc. Pool was nice but the hot tub had no water in it. There's a sauna. We enjoyed it and would go back.
