Convenient location; nice staff; good breakfast. It was a bit worn.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Toilet was loose. Spots on the walls that look like paint or Putty was just thrown up in a hurry. Bathroom counter was falling apart. All wall plugs were super loose.

Decent breakfast. Girl at desk very nice. Even gave recommendations on where to eat This hotel is much needed for upgrades. Hair dryer wouldn’t work. Toilet crooked, no where to plug in our c paps, lamp on one side about to fall just barely hanging only one ice machine on first floor for all of hotel

I like the upgrade of the facility from last year and plus the location. I like also i could walk to different location to eat and not have to drive. I didn't like that the phone in the room wasn't working and also didn't see some of the channels on the t.v I was looking for.

Helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Tight parking spaces and small lot. Ac unit seemed to struggle.

The greeting Ac in room did not work phone did not work, attendant tried to reset ac? That didn’t work, there was no additional followup to ensure our comfort

Good Location Nothing

Was well maintained the staff was always sweeping and cleaning the area that it was in was nice The property is dated. The rooms were terrible. The air-conditioning was barely blowing. The water was barely coming out of the sink. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth, cause there was no water coming out. The toilets are like sitting on the ground. It looks like they tried to repaint and it’s a different color. The showers were slippery. I almost fell in them. No slip guards. The only thing good about the room was the bed was comfortable.

The Customer Service was Excellent and it was clean. The Hotel is old and rundown, needs a serious renovation. Cracks in the walls and there was a couple of water bugs in our room. One bug was dead the other one I had to kill.

Freely service great breakfast I left an expensive blanket on my bed it got let and they claim it won't that

The breakfast was good and hot. The property was clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was not comfortable and very hard. The pillows are flat. I needed 4 pillows under my head to be comfortable. The pullout vouch was broken and unusable. The couch itself was sunken in, and unusable. The pool was not filled and the vending machines were empty. Sad all around!

clean and great location key didn’t work

I didn’t eat the breakfast. The location was good as it was close to whom I was in NC ti visit. The room smelled of man’s aftershave and the bed was crumpled, the bottom sheet dirty. I asked for and received fresh sheets and a mattress cover to small for the bed.The next night I returned to the room and the door was left opened a small crack. Nine was in the room but it still smelled of men’s aftershave. I was told I would be given a new room for my next 2 nights. Given another king room and the same dirty , stained sheets removed from the bed the night before were on the bed. What???
