Second time staying at this location…staff friendly, rooms clean, bed nice and comfortable. My only “issue” is the room didn’t have a microwave….i love movies and popcorn

Exactly what I needed for a short stay - clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and it felt safe for a solo traveler.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Erin was amazing! No pool and the air conditioning was either to cold or not cold enough.

This hotel is an overlooked jewel. You don’t see it unless you’re in the city of Ashland, but is only about 5 minutes from the heavily travelled state road. Absolute jewel of a hotel!

Minor problem checking in but, it was corrected by the staff. Expedia created the problem by not putting my name on the reservation instead Expedia used my email address. You can do better!

We loved the restaurants in the hotel and enjoyed our view on the 8th floor of the river and bridges. Everything was clean and hospitable.

I loved the pillows. So many times I hate hotel pillows. These were perfect for me. The room was very large and the shower was fabulous. Surprisingly the maids came in between days which rarely happens now. My bed was made which was lovely.

No pool. No hot tub. No free breakfast. They have a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast but it's hella expensive and you don't get a discount for having a room at the hotel
