Great restaurant and good food. Dirty martinis were great.

Our room was okish. I don't like the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Since 2 of the 3 were missing. Our room had a broken lock, so I could not get into my room with the key card. The new management needs to upgrade the locks on all doors, take care of guests and make sure all of the amenities are available. We talked to staff, they are happy with the new management, they are taken care of, in return, the guests are suffering. We've stayed her many times. We see good and bad with the new management. Usually I would give a 5 star review, I think with our current experience, it's maybe a 3+ish. We drive to pnw 3-5 times a year. Next time we might power through to a better location with better amenities, for the same price. I'm sad to leave this honest review, because we have always loved Callahans. We've referred Callahans. This last trip was sub par. All of the staff are wonderful, I fully think this is a management issue. Not a staff issue. On a positive side note, Sunshine, the server is a ray of sunshine. Thank you

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Need more bedside or table USB Ports / Charging Hubs Had to ask for body wash in the shower, only shampoo. Was told it is not usually added to the room we stayed in. Not acceptable. Never experienced in hotels before. Was given a nice shampoo/body wash afterwards.

Staff is always friendly and amazing. Prices are good. Rooms are great. Food and drinks are also great. I try to stay here a few times a month. Loved everything. That's why I keep coming back. Keep up the amazing work and thank you all!

The bartender/server named Sunshine made our time so much more enjoyable! She was delightful and helpful in many ways.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious, but a little worn. It was clean enough, but not spotless. A very friendly and helpful staff and really excellent food in the restaurant. The price is good and the location is beautiful. We stayed there for our trip to see the OSF festival as the prices now is Ashland are very high. Thank you

Very friendly staff. Older but cozy and spacious rooms. A wonderfully quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

We had a great time staying here, comfortable clean rooms, super pet friendly. We loved that our doggie got to come with us to dinner. The food was soooo good too. But the friendly and helpful staff is what made our stay special. I recommend staying here.

Michelle in the Bar was great and the food was unique and delicious . They had a small duet band there , It was super . I’d stay here again and definitely go for the restaurant/bar

100/10 review for their staff! We encountered several issues during our stay, most of which were remedied. The property needs some updates and some plumbing upgrades. However-these are the coziest beds! They provided all the wood nearby the room for the fireplaces. Great soft clean towels. So many fun games out in the patio. Such kind people working there. Owner just needs to invest some funds into updates. Still would recommend for a more rustic, famioy friendly getaway! Great food and live music!

Cute little spot for a romantic getaway. I loved the views. Very peaceful atmosphere and staff was great. We showed up a little earlier and they allowed us to check in right away. Too bad gym was not available as it was advertised and I was charged a little higher price than Expedia rates.

The location has a wonderful view, the restaurant is amazing, and the room was cozy. Staff was very friendly and available. Some of the furniture could use an update but it was such a pleasant stay

Very nice accommodations for the area. Flores felt dirty, shower head had no pressure, like a towels in facial tissue in room had to call downstairs.

If you like the rustic mountain experience, it was excellent. If you expect a lot of staff and extraordinary amenities go somewhere else. Neatness to the Oregon Shakespeare festival and a hot tub in the room an extra special bonus
