Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ashland - Hanover, VA

We mentioned it at the front desk after the first couple of days, thinking it might be a weekend staffing issue. The employee was polite and apologized, and wrote down our request, but housekeeping still never came for the rest of our stay. The location and the room itself were fine, but four nights without housekeeping was disappointing, especially after raising it directly with the staff. If daily housekeeping isn’t part of the service, it would help to let guests know at check-in.

Desk staff extremely friends and helpful. Parking easy and area around hotel felt safe and secure. Breakfast was good. The game room could use some new equipment.

I also like that the breakfast spot was incredibly clean. It was pretty straightforward but we left feeling fed and ready for the long drive ahead. The common areas are well lit. And they keep things quiet enough in the lobby. It’s just a nice place to crash in between long drives. Thank you again to the amazing staff. Until next time!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived our shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. The night attendant brought some up but had trouble installing them. I believe the staff took care of them properly the next day. We were charged $50 for "amenities". I asked why. Something was damaged they said. That had nothing to do with us, we didn't install the dispensers.

Property was great. We had a long and hot day at Kings Dominion so to check into the hotel late with no problems was ideal. Everything went smooth. The room was just as I booked. Two queen suite. It was nice and roomy for our family.

The rooms were clean, bathrooms spotless and beds were comfortable. Even the couch in the suite slept well. We were there to spend two days at Kings Dominion and we could not have found a better place to rest after a long day of fun in the heat! I highly recommend this property!!

The room and bathroom was super clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful especially bc I didn't check in until 2am. Breakfast was great. It was nice and quiet so I was able to get good rest.

My wife and I were just looking for an easy, safe, clean place to stop as we road tripped, and this fit the bill perfectly. No complaints. Everything was easy, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were well taken care of. The breakfast was nice and the whole thing was seamless. Definitely recommend staying her.
