Everything was great the staff was very helpful
-
Great breakfast, friendly staff, great pool, gym had a lot of options, bed was decent, shower was a lot smaller than the photo that’s advertised with the room we booked but outside of that it was a great stay overall.

Staying here was a last minute thing. We had car trouble and had to be towed to a shop nearby. I searched for a decent spot for my kids to enjoy this little detour. It definitely measured up to all their expectations. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was very friendly and personable. The bartender was too notch with an east coast accent, fun kids jokes and sports knowledge. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff worked with us in getting a late checkout so my kids didn't have to sit in a hot repair shop while our vehicle was still being worked on. If I was in the area I would absolutely stay here again as well as highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel, would stay again. Very far from any decent food options so plan accordingly.

Rooms are clean and good size. Breakfast is very good and had lots of choices.

Very clean room

The breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Coffee machine and microwave too. Small pool a nice extra and a free breakfast the next day. Couldn't ask for more!

We had an accessible room and while it was decent, the barn door for the bathroom was extremely difficult to slide open and close. Any one in a wheelchair - including my son in a wheelchair, would not be able to move it as it took my whole body strength to try and move it (as well as the rest of my able bodied family). The fold down bath chair in the shower was dirty and gross, glad we bought a travel one to use on this trip or we’d be in trouble. The desk chair in the room was extremely worn and old. Their sofa bed was not a West Elm trundle bed as advertised but an uncomfortable pull out bed that was so bad it actually made body from the waist down numb during the night. Breakfast offerings were good however. Lobby was modern and spacious and I loved the jazz music playing in the background. The pool area was very nice and relaxing as well. Staff (John) was welcoming and friendly.

It was BAD from the moment we arrived. The hotel was in the dark due to a power outage because of a nearby fire. Hours later once power was restored more problems began due to false room descriptions and poor cleanliness. We booked a room for 5 through Expedia that was advertised with a King bed, sofa bed, and twin trundle bed. After checking in, we noticed there was NO trundle bed. The front desk immediately blamed Expedia’s false advertisement and said that they didn’t offer any trundle beds at that specific hotel even though they had a table tent card on the dresser advertising a trundle bed. They refused to help or offer an alternative room saying they were booked and had no available roll away beds. To make matters worse, the sofa bed sheets were covered in hair and the mattress cover was visibly dirty. We were also provided only two bath towels for five guests; when we requested three more, staff brought them up damp. The bathroom sink vanity was run down and partly broken and there were bugs in the shower. The “Hot” breakfast wasn’t hot and tasted terrible even my dog didn’t want to eat the disgusting powdered eggs. Also the WIFI was lousy and they wanted you to pay $4.99 for premium WIFI. Management takes no accountability for their listings or basic hygiene. We requested a partial credit but they did not want to offer us a credit. I do not recommend staying here. This was one of the worst experiences ever. We have always LOVED Springhill Suites. Never again.

Stayed at several SpringHills in the past from Las Vegas to California.. always had a Great Experience
-
Really nice quality and taste. We met family there and it was very convenient to be able to swim, have breakfast, and other meals at the hotel.
-
Nobody even bothered to clean our room.

Everything was good, the pool, the breakfast, the check in

We’ve stayed at this location before 2 years ago and the hotel was in much better shape than what it was this time around. Staff has always been friendly, but furniture was stained in the lobby and room. Breakfast wasn't the best either. Wish they would have had better oatmeal and more of a selection. The room said it slept 5 but there were only 2 beds so I’m not sure where the 5th would have slept. The couch was also stained. We asked for extra blankets and they gave us the thinnest things I have ever seen. Also those bathroom doors are not the best. They’re sliding doors and don’t lock. Hopefully they do a better job at maintaining the place clean because we really liked this hotel chain. We’ve stayed at the Monterey Bay location too and loved it.

Beds are comfy too!

Comfortable hotel. Good pool. Breakfast was ok. Room was advertised as for 5 people - if children are bigger it is tight sleeping space for 5
