The hotel was ok. The rooms are old and are a little run down. But the price and location were good.

Room smelled horrible - like mold. Turns out the ac unit was off when we arrived at 11:30 p.m. The room was hot and humid. Turned on the AC, which took a few hours to cool down, only to find out the carpet was soaking wet in the morning from the AC unit leaking in the room. The coffee provided at breakfast was weak and looked unappetizing. There was not breakfast in the usual sense... There were two options for cereal, and bread with jelly and a toaster. I had the Nature Valley cereal bar as I figured that was a safe bet. I felt the room was overpriced for what we received. The bathroom water pressure was poor. There was no working fan (hummed but did not move any air). I shut it off in fear that it would catch fire. All in all, you get what you pay for... which in this case was more than the room was worth, honestly. Staff was friendly enough, although I had to call the front desk when I arrived because no one was monitoring the front area but they were close in another room. The property definitely needs some maintenance on a few things - mainly the ac unit and the "mold" smell in the room. Which did not get better the next day even after the AC ran all night.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful the room was nicely clean the bed was comfortable the pillows were okay I missed my pillows my stay overall was very nice!! Will book again

My room smelled like mold got bites the first day next day was fine. Was so ready to go.

The key cards kept not working. Said pet friendly online but was not. There was beer cans on the ground outside. Just not a great place overall.

One small bar of soap for a two person stay, small breakfast selection, good coffee from machine. Probably economically but understaffed. Need a safety bar on tub to help entry into tub.

Can't say I would recommend this location. The building and rooms were in general disrepair. Carpets stained, doors not sealing properly, deadbolt would not lock, black tape on the plumbing under the sink, the faucet moved when operated, no ice bucket.... The first room we were given the key would not unlock the door. So they moved us. The "breakfast" was a joke. Two choices for cereal, a gallon milk jug, some pitcher of juice, white and wheat sliced bread for the toaster, granola bars and coffee. NO waffles, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc. that is standard fair for continental breakfast.

Not bad for less expensive room.

Tv didn't work. Staff tried but couldn't fix. Carpet felt old and dirty, in need of shampoo at least. Dead bedbugs on floor but at least no live ones. Breakfast was basically cereal and milk. We stayed in 8 hotels on our trip and this was the lowest quality but NOT the cheapest. Others we stayed in for near same price had pools and hot breakfasts and more amenities and were cleaner.

Hi,they don't have breakfast what is supposed be,the bathroom was leaking when we take a shower,i have to used a plastic to cover,the place need a little touch on renovation specifically the bathroom.

We booked this far away hotel to see a concert in KC on same day as world cup and all hotels were booked or double price. We rushed to arrive at the hotel a few minutes before midnight and nobody was at the desk. A sign said they'll be right back and to call the given number. I called it twice leaving a message and never got a return call and nobody showed up for 45 minutes while my family waited tired in the lobby. A guest walked through and said the desk is often empty. I prepaid this reservation and Expedia initially refused to refund me after conversing with two different agents. I've traveled the world and never had a worse experience. The hotel didn't look worth staying at. We finally decided to stop waiting and stayef at the much nicer Quality Inn down the street for $40 more. The next morning I returned and nobody was at the desk again! I angrily yelled until Kumar appeared and discussed the situation with me and he agreed to refund me since I was there prior to midnight. He said they were overbooked due to a room with leaking ceiling and gave me a refund and some snacks for the inconvenience. No more Super 8 for me and will call ahead when its getting late from now on.

The WiFi was horrible but the staff kept fixing it for me. (Thanks to hotel employee) Maybe the storms were knocking it out. And viewing was very limited. I knew what I was getting with the star rating and it was better than expected.

Run down hotel that is not in the best area. Overpriced

The "breakfast" that they include has been reduced to cereal and coffee. They use to offer more items, so now, I don't know if I will come back to this place again at this price.
