Homewood Suites by Hilton Athens Downtown University Area

Room was very clean

Exceptional

Staff was great. Room was great. Overall location was great for my conference at the classic center and in walking distance to campus and restaurants. My only complaint was that the mattress was uncomfortable and location of air conditioning unit in bedroom was loud My only complaint was that the mattress was uncomfortable and should be replaced and location of air conditioning unit in bedroom was loud.

Overall hotel and room were just great and location for our stay for football game was great and close to game parking. Would certainly consider future stays. However, Sat morning about 945 buffet breakfast was disappointing in that some cooked items were not warm/fresh, items were not available, coffee was gone and no refill available items. Overall location and facilities were great, but one elevator was not operating so that delayed some time to get up and down. Sat morning visit about 945 buffet breakfast was disappointing in that some cooked items were not warm/fresh, items were not available, coffee was gone and no refill available items. Just a FYI that someone might want to check shower for mechanism that diverts water to shower might need slight adjustment as it seemed a little tight but that might be normal. All seemed good with bath & shower otherwise.

Clean, friendly staff, great location for the stadium Only 1 elevator was working. Long wait times

Other than maxed out parking, the staff were very helpful in offering alternative parking options. Very courteous staff. Always attentive. Very clean and comfortable amenities. Would 1000% recommend to stay here

Our stay at the Homewood Suites was amazing. We stayed on the first floor near the reception area without being disturbed! The room was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was fabulous. We were attending a conference and all they had available was a king bed - my daughter shared the room and bed with me. I go to be early, she doesn't. Not once did her getting into the bed wake me! I'm not a heavy sleeper.

Took my boys to the GA game-great location had a great experience!

Everything was perfect! Was only one elevator but that was out of there control.

Great location, close to downtown Athens! Amenities were perfect, LOVED how they decorated for the GA game and the staff promoted it as well with free little trinkets! ♥️ Nothings
