We had a great stay here! The staff was helpful & friendly, but most of all it was CLEAN!!! It was close to everything we needed…shopping, entertainment, restaurants…. It was perfect for a girls trip!

Beautiful scenery from the rooftop. Clean rooms. Nice lounging areas. And perfect area to explore Atlanta and walk around.

The room was really well designed, great light, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. I only wish we were there longer! Looking forward to staying here again!

Except rooftop which was not well

The one bad thing was the shower head was not effective at delivering a good shower. Additionally, the room was not supplied with ample toilet paper.

It’s my first time leaving a review, but I just had to because this place was soooo perfect!! Everything was super clean, the staff were really nice and kind, and the location was perfect. I had such a great experience here, and I would definitely love to stay again if I visit Atlanta again!

That said, a few things need attention: • AC was broken from day one. I reported it that evening when I noticed as I was hot trying to go to bed. Someone finally came the NEXT evening, around 7–8pm, to try to cool it down, but it was never properly fixed. Then a room change was suggested, after complaining it still wasn’t fixed, maybe an hour and a half later but I was exhausted as I was at a conference all day • Valet was consistently slow, not because of the driver, but because only one person was covering the whole line. That backs up traffic on the street and leaves guests double parking just to wait. • Front desk was understaffed most of my stay, one person for most hours, which meant long check-in waits even when it wasn’t busy. One fix that would solve a lot at once: the valet wears the hotel’s branding but operates as a separate company, folding that under the hotel’s own staffing would remove a lot of the friction guests (and the team) are dealing with. The elevator could also use a regular air freshener. I could tell the on site team was stretched thin, and that pressure clearly passes down to guests. The bones of this place are great it just needs enough staff to back up what the brand promises.

My stay at Scout Living PCM was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The room was great, the facility was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. You’re close to just about everything you could possibly need or want to do while visiting Atlanta. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible staff — especially Sheneatha. In the short time I stayed there, she made us feel like we had known her for years. Every time we stopped by the front desk, she made a point to check in with us, make sure we were doing okay, and have a genuine conversation. That type of hospitality really makes a difference when you’re away from home. She also recommended a few places for us to check out while we were in Atlanta, and her recommendations were amazing! I truly appreciated her taking the time to make sure we not only enjoyed our stay at Scout Living, but also enjoyed our time in the city. Because of the hospitality, the amazing accommodations, the convenient location, and especially the way Sheneatha treated us, Scout Living PCM is officially the only place I plan to stay whenever I come back to Atlanta. Thank you to the entire Scout Living team for such a great experience, and a very special thank you to Sheneatha for going above and beyond and making our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Scout Living PCM to anyone visiting Atlanta. 10/10 experience!

One of the cleanest, quietest, walk friendly places I've ever stayed. Staff was great. Laundry in the room. Did I mention quiet? Cause that's my jam. Pool was clean and maintained. Key on your phone was fantastic. I just loved this place.
