Well-kept property, nice rooms with a full stocked kitchen and laundry. Convenient restaurant on site and close to a food hall.

We loved it here. The staff were great and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I had no trouble finding the parking garage. I will definitely stay here again!

A very comfortable stay in a perfect location close to restaurants and shops. Walkable, renting scooters/bikes is also an option. Love the set up in the apartment style stay and had everything you need.

The only thing that fell short for me was I received a text before check in asking if I wanted to Enhance my stay with one of our pre-arrival packages, ready in your unit when you arrive? I choose the “Breakfast Boost: Artisanal oatmeal and milk, seasonal fruit, freshly bottled juice, and a green wellness shot. $30 (+tax)” It was really just a single serve cup of oatmeal you get in a hotel lobby that you peel the top off of, a small single serving bottle of Naked berry smoothie (you can buy at the gas station) a little bag like you get on the airplane of mixed nuts, a ginger shot and no milk. My expectations may of been wrong I just thought it would be a little bag of oatmeal, a littler jar of milk, a little things of mixed fruit and small thing of fresh juice but it was definitely a fail. We also came home the first night to the fridge completely dead and unable to turn on, so the really nice women at the desk took all of our take out food and beverages to keep in their refrigerator until they could get someone to fix it the next day. It was a quick fix the next afternoon. Skip the food upgrades, bring extra TP, everything else is great!!

Our place at Scout Living was super clean, convenient and comfortable! And well situated in the heart of the city with proximity to great shops and food only a few steps away! Will definitely book again!

Absolutely adored this place. The room was amazing that View was stellar. The amenities were to die for. Will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and well appointed rooms, a few things that need to be addressed. Once a week only for cleaning room/changing towels doesn’t make sense. At least every 2 days would be better. Using online app to unlock the elevator is a pain as the wifi signal is lost when coming into the elevator specially from the courtyard. Smart television but no YouTube? Very few people have YouTube TV and to use Netflix/Prime I have to login every time I power of the TV? If these are addressed, would be 5 stars

Loved this place! It felt like “home”. The digital key was really cool until it didn’t work, but the front desk was super helpful and gave me a physical key, and all was well! I would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing. it shows wear and tear (sofa in the living room was stained, the blinds are hanging funny, walls and doors scratched, Murphy bed pull down system was not working properly). We were a party of 4. The second bedroom had a Murphy bed that was up when we got there (at 1 am). Making our own bed, having to ask for extra sheets at that hour was frustrating. Not that we are unable to do so, we just didn’t expect having to do it in a hotel.

Great stay, I would stay here again
