The room smelled and was very clean. A good nights sleep. Shower takes a little while to heat up and the sink drained a little slow, but the 2 large TVs, cute decor, plenty of light and comfortable bed made up for those very minor issues. 5/5 will stay again.

Immaculate, which is unusual for a lot of hotels. Zero bed bugs-super happy about that. Friendly staff. Comfortable and safe. Very nice place to stay. Don't be fooled by the surroundings. I liked the hotel a lot, but I didn't care for the town of Auburndale. Maybe the location hurts this hotel? Also, they desperately need to do better to have the entrance stand out. I passed it up because there wasn't any lighting or signage or anything on the ground to guide me to make that right turn into the parking lot. I got there at night. This was a huge problem.

I made the reservation through the Expedia app, right after I clicked, I noticed that I had selected the wrong hotel, this one was over an hour away from where I intended to stay. Same Hotel chain different location, they denied the cancelation and refund, bear in mind that not even 2 minutes had passed when I contacted them and explained the situation, it even showed as processing the booking in the app when I called them.

The hotel was in a convenient location with restaurants, Walmart, Aldi's, and a gas station near. The rooms are very clean, and the staff were friendly at all hours. Breakfast had enough options. Plenty of parking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The only negative I have is the road noise which is understandable for the location. It’s not something the staff can help but I wish there were noise canceling blinds to help with it. Breakfast was good and the hotel is very well kept. The staff was friendly and always willing to help when asked. Definitely worth choosing for your stay.
