Very good

However, housekeeping skipped two days of the four nights we were there. Hot water temperature was too high. It should be around 120 Deg F to avoid scalding. Staff at the desk could have mentioned where the elevators were when we checked in. Breakfast was ordinary but good. Ran out of coffee, juice and other foods when a football team raided the breakfast room on the morning of the 29th (Saturday). Check in staff allowed us to change our room to the quiet side--away from Smoky Hill. Musk appreciated, I would stay with you again.

Location Mattress is not as comfortable as I expected for a Fairmont.

The staff were great, no complaints about their performance. The breakfast was basic but good. The rooms were clean and quiet. It sits back from Main Street traffic. I really like it’s proximity to multiple restaurants and shopping.

The price for this hotel is a little high. I ti is not aa bad hotel, it is clean, it has an indoor pool, free breakfast and parking. But it needs some maintenance.

Great service, clean room,

We had no problems at check in. The rooms were clean and quiet. The ice machine was broken on our floor(3rd). It was reported to the front desk. "Someone will reset it" was the reply. It was still inoperative when we left two days later. The 2nd floor machine barely worked. The breakfast was basic, but good, however the cranberry juice cocktail was watered down and a line formed behind the 1 waffle maker. The stay was acceptable, but I will look a bit harder for an alternative in the future.

I was not able to access the internet, forcing people to sign in via a clunky membership portal that doesn’t work is bogus.

Clean room. Staff, other than the lady who checked us in, was very nice.

Breakfast was not very good, not much of a choice. Saturday we got went downstairs at 8:30am there was hardly anything left to eat, I had to ask for coffee. We ended up going to the Village Inn next door to eat. I chose this location because it offered breakfast. Very disappointing ?

Staff was accommodating and the location was convenient for us. The pull out sofa was terrible
