Early American Motel

Clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very peaceful and the most friendly helpful owners and staff, I was on a walker due to surgery and the owners went to the restaurant nearby and picked up my dinner for me, these owners are super professional and so kind that I will return!!

Beautiful older motel. Loved the setting and the property! We had a table and chairs to enjoy outside our room, and the property itself was spotless. The pool looked so inviting that I was sad to not have time to enjoy it.

It was an excellent place, price was reasonable,staff was very friendly and helpful. We was a party of 7 and our room was comfortable,peaceful,clean,and comfortable. I truly enjoyed our stay. Even with 4 kids it was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older motel with smaller rooms and tiny bathroom. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely geared for sports enthusiasts, no frills. Price was comparable to others close by. Hosts were very friendly and polite. Would stay here again. Had a restaurant across the street, but it didn't serve breakfast. Had to drive to marina for that.

This is an adorable little getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to break away from mainstream motels.. The room was clean. The property was immaculate…. Remind you of the early 1950’s, but well maintained… they even had a little table and two chairs outside of each room for you to sit and enjoy… We could not figure out the pool and how to get into it because it was padlocked, so that was a disappointment, and there was no one on staff to answer any questions… no breakfast was available, but we did go down the road and had a great breakfast. Quaint would be the best word that I would describe, but it was well worth the money. The beds were clean. The room was clean and it was a sweet little getaway.!

I couldn't use the pool since I was alone. The online photo also showed a duplex unit but it was only a strip motel unit.

The property gives you a home away from home feeling. It's an old property but it was very clean and well kept. Nothing

I didn't make it into the pool but it looked so clean and refreshing. I'd definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bottom of the door could use some new weather stripping. Sink was slow to drain.

Small and dated, 1/2” gap under entry door was unexpected. Luckily the bugs weren’t too active yet.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and very nice. I would go back and stay and will tell me friends also . The bed was not that comfortable and air conditioner was making weird noise.

The sheets were visibly dirty and old. We found a corn remover stuck to the bottom of the blanket. Also a glob of hair in the shower along with hair on the floor and the other beds sheets. Spider web in the lamp and the the ac unit smelled like urine when turned on. Not to mention the beds aren’t even beds really just a hard mattress with a topper on it.

We love it so well that we return every September. NA
