Casa Blanca Hotel - Azusa, Los Angeles

I stay in a lot of hotels. Most are good, some are not so good, but this one took it to a whole new level. Filthy, noisy, smelly and nothing worked inside. Gang members and prostitutes were hanging out on the balcony making noise all night. Not safe to park your car. The room reeked of smoke and the air conditioner had gang graffiti all over it. The staff could barely speak English. By far the worst place I've ever stayed. Expedia should be ashamed of listing this on their website. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give this one a minus 10. It was so bad I had to check out a day early at my loss.

The room wasn’t clean. The floors were very dirty. Stains on all the toilet and bed. Only a sheet to cover the mattress and a blanket that was ripped. Neighbors were yelling and banging on doors at 1am. Would not recommend.

The location is perfect and close to everything A lot of activities at night made it hard to sleep

Honest to say, I cannot say nothing that I like about the hotel It’s a very dirty hotel. There’s a lot of traffic coming in and out of there felt very uncomfortable after this day. I do not recommend anybody to stay in the hotel.

This place was so nasty we found hair in are bed the sheets and towels were stains the bathroom shower had a sock because it was leaking water there old furniture it smell super bad like they don’t use no cleaning detergent it was horrible, and for the price that they charge it was the worse experience in my life I only stay there because it was super late and I had a flight in the morning

Dont stay here pictures on line are catfish!! Rooms are dirty hairs on the covers and bathroom, The parking area was not safe homeless wondering around all night , they said it was a none smoking room; the covers were burnt i called and asked for a new set they brought burnt n ripped once when i called to let him know he said it was all he had, I asked for a refund he said “sorry my friend no refund” I let him know the pictures are nothing on line and i had reserve exclusive room he yelled at me and said it is! It is! And when I told him I will put a review on his service he said “i dont care!!” .. horrible disgusting place!!!!!

At least their ac is powerful. But the property itself is noisy people be playing sound music at 2am.

No hot water,ac...didn't work 2 towels workers always on break.

Disappointing

Very disgusting. It seems they use this spot to house drug addicts , homeless people and or just a very disturbing people. Room had a dead roach. Towels were dirty. And cops arrived as early as checkout already with tenants engaging in fights.

The actual room was clean The surroundings were very skechy the people in other rooms were very uncomfortable and looked like drugs involve

Quiet parking was very easy
