Great place to stay in to sleep calm quiet neighborhood the breakfast is whatever they have coffee, bagels, and toast cereals

The location The hotel is filthy, the staff aren’t nice, the hot tub was broken but it was water in there the ceiling in the pool was falling apart it was ants in the room.

Building reeked of marajuana. Staff stated there was nothing they could do about guests smoking in hotel. Dirty washcloths from previous guests were left in shower. Minimal toiletries in room upon arrival. Did not respect do not disturb request. I have stayed here many times over the years and will never stay here again.

They need all new towels. They're dirty, they gave you dirty towels. Well, they looked dirty. And nobody vacuums, I found a pill laying on the ground. They need different people. Cleaning the hotels because they only clean them every other three days.

Great customer service at front desk,change my room to a suite due to smoke smell withoit any problem

I was offered a suite which was better but not too clean stuff in my luggage bc I was afraid to unpack. The fridge leaked and the furniture in the sitting area had stains all over the couch and chair.The sheets had a cigarette burn on it although the hotel is non smoking.I booked for the whole weekend. I left all my stuff in my luggage my entire stay. I made the best of it for the weekend. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The building is old and needs to be updated. They had the windows open in the hallway.

It was a nice location and a nice place I didn’t enjoy my visit because I had a neighbor next door with EXTREMELY LOUD CHILDREN. I went to complain and no other rooms were available. I also had a lot of stomping from the room on top of me. I stayed outside most of the time, and let them know. It was a horrible experience.

The place was very quiet and not a lot going on. So if you like a more relaxed hotel, this is the place for you

We had to check in early - check in is at 4 and we had to be somewhere at 5. They were able to accommodate that but it costs us $40 cash or $60 card to check in 2 hours early. The carpet in the room was wet. We had to wear shoes and then our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. The sheet had a stain on it and we also found hair in the bed. We had to sleep on top of the flat sheet because we didn’t want to touch the fitted sheet. Yes, we could have asked for a different room but I didn’t have faith that any other room would be better. The entire floor (we were on the second) smelled like smoke. Furniture was very beat up. The lady at the front desk was also unfriendly. In better news, the breakfast that is included was decent.

A terrible experience - all around. The hotel is old, outdated and appears to be in need of financing - would never recommend to anyone. From being given a reused and recycled key card holder, to sleeping on old, dingy white sheets...the list goes on and on. I can say that I had a decent night's sleep - hence the one star.
