I am white, my adopted daughter is black. The front desk was terrible to my daughter when she was checking in and she came out to get me. All of a sudden they were super helpful. Clearly they have racial problems.

The rooms are not bad however we requested non smoking room but it still smells if someone was smoking. The smell is embedded in the carpet and the walls of the room. This is the second time I stayed at this location and I’ve experienced the same issue last time. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

It looked nice, until I saw a small cockroache. When we left nobody was at checkout, we left the key card in the box as they asked us too. Parking was good, hot a little hot in the room, was not able to turn ac lower. The staff was neutral, nothing special there

Mold around bathtub, carpet dirty all over, Carpet in my room was wet, carpet outside of elevator was wet, jets in hot tub was not working, will not stay there again until improvements have been made. 4got to mention breakfast cooked food was terrible. Would like to request a refund if possible. Also last night about 5 police cars with sirens came to the hotel. I guess they were chasing somebody, we were not told anything.

First and foremost, there were no staff at the front desk to check me in upon arrival, I literally stood at the desk waiting and calling for help for at least ten minutes. The carpet on throughout the hotel was extremely dirty and needs to go. The linen that was used on the bed looks dirty, no amount of washing is going to make them white again. There was mold on the bedroom ceiling. There was so much going on that needs addressing but I am going to stop here.

What I didn’t like was that the doors could off been wiped down and towels could have use some bleach, they where very stained. I did not use them,I used them around the bathtub because the shower head sprayed all over, felt like I could not get water to rinse off. The only thing I liked was that there was no carpet on the floor only underneath the bed. Hotel could use some upgrades included new mattresses.

Everything was run down. The landscaping terrible.

The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the breakfast ham had a terrible odor. We also learned that the hotel no longer offers complimentary cookies, as staff explained they stopped providing them after COVID. The hot tub was another disappointment. The jets did not work, and after several attempts to report the issue, the maintenance employee acknowledged that they were already aware of the problem. The hotel's cleanliness was also concerning. The towels appeared dirty and stained, giving the impression they had not been properly cleaned. Finally, the guest rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, our stay did not meet expectations due to the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, disappointing amenities, and the condition of the facilities. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Was not as expected

Pictures of the hotel are very misleading. It was too expensive for the lack of quality. There were dark and sticky stains on everything: the carpet, shower, sheets, curtains, desk, door, etc. There was also a huge cloud of cigarette smoke that immediately smacked me in the face the minute I opened the door to my room. I do not even want to further describe the sheets. The cleanliness was so bad that I only stayed one night and immediately booked a hotel elsewhere. I do not recommend this establishment.

Need to be cleaning properly

Room and bathroom were dirty. Towels were old and hardly white. When we needed more towels we went to the front desk to get more. They didn’t have any so and said they’d send some up which didn’t happen. Went to breakfast and no one was there working it. They were out of cups for drinks. Went to the front desk and no one there. Waited a few minutes. Still no one. So I had to search their cupboards for more cups like I worked there. Whole place smells like people smoking cigarettes.

Hotel was dirty and outdated. Hallways and elevators constantly smelled of weed. Our room had a dirty carpet that did not look vacuumed. There was absolutely no other hotel rooms available in the Baltimore area or I would have taken my family elsewhere. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially not from families.

The property has old features and furnishings. The carpet was dirty not suitable for guests. The bathrooms are small and not cleaned well. Did not enjoy the stay. The property would do well with some updates and refurbishing. Staff was pleasant.

There should be a notice stating fully clothed I saw no hand sanitizer and the food area was not cleaned I will not be going back.

The back door was broken and we couldn’t get in when we were told to park back there. The walls and door were dirty in the bathroom. There was only one coffee serving. The sheets were old and stained. The pillows were very old and the pillowcases too big. The carpets were all stained. The swimming pool wasn’t open due to maintenance. The hot food was awful and the rest was junk food.

The room was half clean and the bathroom door was broken. I complained to staff each day and was promised that maintenance would complete the repairs but nothing happened. Absolute worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Continental breakfast was also terrible.

As usual examined the toilet seat.Top looked clean bottom dirty. Whipped out the cleaning products cleaned it up. Get in the shower went to bed. Took quick look at bed looked ok. Woke up in morning had pulled covers from bottom of bed. Looked BIG ASS red nail polish stain. Took a look at bottom of bed on other side particles at bottom. Thank God no bed bugs. Took a look next to the night stand .looks like orange seeds all over floor. Went to shower again bottom of shower curtain dirty. Went to brush teeth sink dirty. Wash cloth was a wash rag. Towels were newer. Went to front desk and made complaint to front desk clerk.Reason for dirty room good help is hard to find. She wrote down my complaints on paper. I ask her for a copy of my complaints she refused to give me anything. She said she could not do anything because I paid on a site. Asked for corporate number. Her response was basically look it up yourself. Asked her for her name and she gave me her first name. Asked again for her full name and she refused to do so. Wish I could post some pictures and the video of the clerk. A lady came up to me that was listening and said her room was dirty also. IF YOU HAVE STANDARDS DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE.
