Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Baltimore North, MD

The breakfast was ok but the seating in the food area was falling apart. The a/c in the room was loud. The towels were old and stained and we needed to request new towels.

Do not recommend... 45 minutes to check in, charged my card twice for deposit hold, room was not clean... linen was disgusting!!! One of the beds were broke had to use pull out bed... every towel at the pool was stained, all carpets were stained... every person i encountered said same thing and was was taking pics and videos like me...

The front desk people are not friendly.

Comfortable place.

It went fine, cleanish rooms. Breakfast was kinda bad and was the same watery eggs and old cut up hotdogs every morning

They were extremely worn, so much that we had to fold them in half to get any comfort. The linens were dingy and looked more beige. We had little to no bathroom soap or even any receptible to. Get ice. When we checked in the room smelled of smoke and their was no ventilation in the bathrr And the room steamed and the hallway air was stagnant. Had little to no air

The swimming pool was always closed

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and comfy. We asked for more towels and received very promptly. The hotel is old; the carpets need to be replaced. They’re filthy

Bad place to stay.

We waited almost 15 mins at the front desk for an employee to check us in when we arrived. This property is run down and not well maintained. The rooms we stayed in were missing a shower curtain, hair dyer and few other essentials. And while I know it is legal, guests were smoking marijuana out in the open and very near the entrance.we were staying for 2 nights and when we arrived back to the room on our second night, our keys did not work, had to go back down to the desk to get them reprogrammed Overall would not recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased with my stay the room and was nice and clean. The staff was very nice. The grandchildren loved the pool. I would return there again.

Breakfast could e better and not the same thing day after day. The syrup container you had to take the top off to get syrup

Roaches

Arrive early 2towel 1washcloth room service was no good. Would not stay again Room service not clear

Staff was very nice. WiFi was great and fast Some towels and my bedsheet had stains on them

I paid double by midtaje and no Refund
