Nice hotel in a complex with shopping and apartments near by. It's convenient and parking was nearby. Breakfast was decent and room was nice.

Loved the location. The facility is older, but well kept. The size of my room with one king bed was more spacious than newer built hotels.

In a gated area and Very safe. Did not want to leave wish they had a indoor pool

Very beautiful hotel and fantastic environment with many amenities. Excellent property. I enjoyed the out side recreation seats and a big liquor and wine store in the hotel.

All was great! Two things were there is no fan in bathroom so after a hot shower, we needed to wipe the mirror off so we could finish getting ready. The second thing was the sink drain did not drain properly and took a while. Besides that everything was awesome.

Clean room. Missing a trash can in the main bedroom area though. And coffee maker was missing the slide out tray. Other then that a great hotel experience

Nice hotel that was fine for a stay

I usually don’t sleep well at hotels but this time was able to sleep soundly. Thanks!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the staff needs to pay more attention to detail. Hotel rooms should be checked to make sure that the light fixtures, makeup mirrors and the aestetics should be concentrated on. Once things were brought to the attention of the front desk and maintenance, issues were handled almost immediately.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room. No complaints. This was our second time staying and we’re already planning our next stay.

The property and the village square was very good . When we checked in they didn’t have a room that we booked - they told my husband that we only booked one queen bed when we booked two and they gave us a suite but one of us had to sleep on the couch as we had our son with us.

Nice gated area with cute boutiques. The signage to get to the hotel is small and hard to find. The staff were great but the hotel is dated. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I would book this hotel again.

Exceptional

although it’s in a good location with shops the actual hotel in the room was very dated very dirty. I left only after one night.

Showers need work. Water pressure was horrible, it show lots of wear & tear. For the price one would expect much more.

Room was nice as expected. The room next door had a barking dog. The room next door also had loud people that talked all night. Elevators are slow.
