Good location and pretty clean and friendly staff. Very costly given the older accommodations and limited amenities.

Very clean and comfortable smelled very good They downgraded me as a matter of fact without an option for a refund. There were loud weird noises that shook the room and woke us up early morning. No bathroom fan so..... overall not the "4 star hotel vibes whatsoever.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms spotless. Enjoyed our time in Maryland. Breakfast at “Easy like Sunday” is not to be missed. Roni the waitress was awesome. Russel the manager was giving good tips in Maryland. Much appreciated Russel. We will be staying at Delta Hotels by Marriott next year. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I stayed at this hotel years ago like 15 years ago and although the rooms are fine, the hallways are completely outdated and feel old. My clothes ended up smelling like cigarettes and the pillow itself had a strange smell so I just think they need to update things more effectively. I just think for the price point it just isn’t living up to the right standards. It’s in such a great location with the Cross keys shopping right there, but it just was a little bit of a disappointment.

I got in a little earlier than planned and needed an earlier check in. I was able to get a room, I was so thankful. The front desk staff was extremely nice. Will definitely stay again. Cleans rooms, free parking and quiet atmosphere.

The area and development You sold me a king room and delivered a queen. told me that you lied and i just have to deal with it and that’s how you run your biz.

Nice parking situation

The location is in a very nice area. It is located off of the main road so you wouldn't see it just driving by. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was very well furnished. I enjoyed my entire 3 night stay. It was so nice, I extended my stay an extra night. There wasn't anything not to like.

The coffee maker in the room was broken and I wish there were more plugs available. But our stay was fantastic and we will definitely stay there again.

It was not all bad. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome the staff was. The complimentary breakfast and WiFi was good. The location is also great. There are some nice restaurants and shops within a very short walk.
