Great hotel. Photos are from before renovations staff said. Very clean, quiet, well organized and courteous. Love the location and hot tub was perfect to relax after long night. Would stay again

I used this location for approx 2 months to house an employee. Staff was great, accommodations were solid .. will 1000% book again next time I have a need. Location is also good and lots of food and shopping options.

I’ve stayed there over the years multiple times. We noticed that our room had been updated. We thought the updates were amazing. It was very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable as were the pillows and the bedding. The elevator seems to get hung up just for a few seconds, but other than that our stay was great.

Our stay was very smooth. Clean, large room, everything you need in your room, quiet A/C, nice staff, and a well-served free breakfast. I don't know if I will be back in Bastrop again, but if I do, I will definitely book a room here.

Staff were wonderful. Despite the major renovations we felt welcomed and it made a quick stop on our travels into a nice and easy stay.

Management never responded to request for refund.

The only downside is they were doing construction & pool was closed due to this. The vuew from our window was the backside of the front, so no outside view. Besides that it was a nice hotel. I know it will be really nice whrn construction is complete.

Clean room. Staff was very friendly. Some construction going on in the back but didn’t interrupt my stay and never hear anything. Recommend

The staff is great! The rooms are clean and breakfast was good. However I booked 2 rooms specifically because they offered indoor pool and jacuzzi and they are closed! There was no information via Expedia or the hotel website. We had no notice that the pool and jacuzzi were not available ( we would have gone somewhere else ) this was a gift for myself , my daughter and her husband and our night was ruined. The front door lady said there was nothing she could do because I booked via a third party( Expedia) so would they have let me cancel without penalty if I’d book through the hotel? It was just very disappointing.
