Location was perfect for me. Room arrangement was awkward. For example no chair was positioned so I could watch the tv and I can’t comfortably watch tv from the bed. Single elevator was slow.

They are truly pet friendly, staff were very nice.

With the exception of one housekeeping person, who smiled and helped me figure out how to use the luggage transporter, the staff here were unsmiling, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Breakfast was disappointing. I will not stay here again.

The room was clean and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was really really basic, only ate there once. We came for a baseball tournament, I would stay here again.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast in the morning was great and the hotel is clean The noise from the highway was a little much at times, however we knew when we booked that it was close by

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable with plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Breakfast had many choices for food and drinks so there was something for everyone. Literally right off the thruway and close to shopping and eating choices it was a great location. A+
