Large spacious rooms, and clerk who checked us in was amazing

Excellent property and staff was so helpful and nice.

The hotel room had an unpleasant, musty odor. Despite the property's non-smoking and no-pet policy, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and pet urine, indicating that the carpeting is in urgent need of replacement or professional cleaning. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the pool area is restricted to guests 21 and older, which was problematic during my stay with my grandchild. Given these issues, I will not be staying at this property again, despite its convenient proximity to my daughter's college.

Room was clean and spacious. Great drinks and food options. Pool and lazy river was fun for the family.

Sooo Nice. Every aspect from check in to check out was excellent. Will definitely go back.

Hotel is in need of an update. I would give it 3 stars. Floors were sticky, furniture beat up, outlets were worn to the point plugs would slide out, and room gave off a seedy vibe. Ick! Not my cup of tea and I will not check in here again if possible. Also, I’m not into gambling but the parking lot noise from gamblers that went all night did affect my stay as well. Car alarm blasting, loud engine revs, and yelling to others in the parking lot throughout the night did not enable a good nights sleep.

Housekeeping stripped down my room while I was in the casino hours before checkout Discarded my food and when I complained to the front desk the housekeeper retrieved the food from the garbage and brought it back as if I am an animal. No manager was on duty and wasn’t able to get satisfactory resolution.

Descent place to stay. I was using it to access the Levee Trail, so it worked well for me

Convenient parking and pleasant staff.

Parking was good environment and room stay were clean. Only complaint I have was the lobby desk. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM from a long drive from Houston and the front desk receptionist was not present. They did have a sign they would be back in 10 mins but it was longer than 10 mins and they had an attitude towards me because I was looking for them. I understand they have other jobs to do but there should be a way to notify them that they are needed.

Everything was excellent

This is not a narrative in the hotel, rather, Expedia. Expedia lists it as a top family friendly resort for families, however, the pool is 21+ and there are no amenities for children. We had 5 children quite disappointed. Beautiful hotel for a quick stay on the road, but Expedia don’t put on your list of top family friendly hotels, as it’s not.

The casino was great. The hotel was great just not a lot of restaurants different types of restaurants very limited.

Just not enough places to eat just a few restaurants need more restaurants in the area or in the Casino/hotel
