L'Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge

Good location

It was late when we checked in but the place was clean and ready for us on our arrival. It was real quiet, bathrooms are nice and the decor was welcoming.

The property is very clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and we very much enjoyed the stay. Last, we had a lovely view of the Mississippi.

Great hotel for the price.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was amazing and helpful. Room was clean. Perfect staycation.

Everything was good except for they didn't have a microwave nor fridge in the room that really sucks when you are eating out.

Lovely location.. the hotel room cabinets, tables, chairs were worn. The room cabinet had a strong smell of mildew. I was really surprised. Another surprise was cigarette smoke coming thru the bathroom vent. For the life of me, I couldn't find the guest desk number on the phone so i went down stairs to let them know. The gentleman on the desk apologized. I closed the bathroom door for the rest of the nite. Other than that, the property is maintained beautifully

Only problem was the AC didn’t cool enough.

The staff are amazing and are the reason for the 3 stars. From check-in to casino employees they were all great

Room was fine, casino didn’t have that many tables available wasn’t crazy busy anyways , but weirdly enough we had to rent a mini fridge for about $22 a night.

So easy to get to and super clean, just a wonderful experience all around.

Parking was plentiful even on a Friday though a bit inconvenient to walk to. There is valet parking available. The pool was closed at 7pm for some reason. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

This was a staycation and I am so happy I chose this hotel. They unexpectedly gave me a room upgrade, and I was beyond impressed. Only thing I would say is got the valet to have insect repellent lights, and the carpet does need to be renovated. Besides that, perfect stay.

All of the staff were extremely helpful. They have free valet parking as well as self parking. Front desk staff were very attentive, courteous & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean had a large bathroom w/walk-in shower with all the necessary amenities. Casino floor was well maintained with lots of slot machines to choose from, they even had some of my favorite machines!!!!! Restaurants & Coffee shop make this a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed ourselves & will definitely return!!

Loved this hotel. They made everything so easy. The room was incredible and I loved that valet parking was included with the stay.
