The staff is about all I can say I liked The pillows were dirty, the bed was hard, the blanket had fresh blood on it, the office stinging with the smell of cat piss which eventually made its way into our room. The shower was filthy ? and also had mildew in the ceiling, the fridge had hair in it as well as the microwave. The AC was loud and smelled of mildew everything was horrible. I feel booking.com should allow you to see places first hand before paying your money because a lot of these places are not meeting a good star no matter their Stars.

The noises at night not from people but static in the clock by the bed and a loud squeal in the middle of the night (the water heater) also the reception room smelled like straight cat urine…

Big water puddle on the floor coming from the air conditioner around the bed. Roaches everywhere, shower head has no pressure, tub and sink stops up water
