Very nice . Friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was supposed to be ready at 4pm but wasn’t ready until 6pm. The front desk was nice enough to comp our meal at the restaurant but the service was horrible we waited an hour for our food to be cold and my steam was as under cooked. When we asked for our steak to be cooked correctly they took it back with the side of fries on the plate but returned it with no side of fries. When we were able to check in so we could let our daughters swim in the pool we couldn’t because a fight broke out and they told us we could use the lazy river which was supposed to close at 8 but they decided to close that early and we only had 30 min in the pool. After a long drive from TX we were excited to stay but wished we would have kept driving.

The property is nice although crowded and check in was very slow. We were not there to gamble but to use the lazy river and pool area. My son (20 y/o) is non ambulatory and there is a bridge to get to the hot tub. At one time there was a lift but it is broken as is the pool chair to the lazy river. If my daughter and I had not been able to physically lift him in and out of the lazy river and to carry him to the hot tub he would not have been able to use these amenities, which was the some purpose of our stay.

The room was somewhat clean. The shower corners could have been cleaner, the wall at the head of the beds needed dusting really bad. The bathroom had no towel bars. It was a ok experience.

There definitely needs to be more sitting at the restaurant by the front desk. Bc it being the cheapest place to eat you pretty much have to get it to go. I did order some grits & had to send them back bc they weren't hot. The concert on the bar was nice but needed more seating. Out by the pool if you don't get out early you don't get an umbrella with a table. We up in the age bracket & people like us need some shade. If i had really known how expensive it would've cost us we would've stayed somewhere else. Other than that it was just ok. My sister & I said we'll probably not go back again.

8 dollars a beer is ridiculous

Lots of kids on the lazy river for a casino and they ran out of tubes to float-

Room was clean, some staff were friendly, Buffet was not good!

No ice box in room. Rooms smelled musty

Our toilet and sink kept backing up, had to call for someone to come up several times

The experience was terrible. The carpet everywhere had stains. I understand now they are remodeling, but we were put in a room that had no exhaust fan in bathroom. We had to wait for mirror to clear after showers. Stains on floor, the only table had a broken drawer, which kept opening. No safe, no refrigerator. They closed the lazy river due to someone bleeding in water, and she got into pool. We left.

The property was clean and nice. Heads up, the property check in time is now 4, not 3. Our room was not ready even at 4. And the lazy river, while very nice, was shut down twice while we were there. My only other complaint is that children (and adults) are allowed to be in the lazy river without a tube which totally takes away the relaxing effect because people are always swimming around you instead of floating. Also keep in mind that the buffet and several bars/restaurants are not open on Monday, tuesdays and Wednesdays. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Clean, nice place with helpful staff.

Hotel needs to be updated!

We enjoyed everything about it . The staff was not 100percent with customer service at the front desk .

We enjoyed our stay, found the bed really comfy but the DIRECTV set up is strange. Had to replace our remote which was done quickly. Loved the lazy river! But the bathtub design is just bad! It felt dangerous to get in and out. Some hand-holds are desperately needed!! I would ask for a handicap room next time.

The only issue we had was that the toilet kept running. Called and reported it. They attempted to fix it but in the morning we flushed the toilet and it flooded.
