Not a great deal to do around the hotel if you dont have a vehicle, but the standard was excellent, pool was great and all round no complaints. How a hotel should be !

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! RESTAURANT WAS NICE, SMALL AND CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. GETTING TO THE HOTEL WAS A STRAIGHT SHOT IF YOU PAY TOLLS, OTHERWISE A BIT OF PAIN TO GET TO.

Front desk staff is amazing, super friendly & trained well, that said, this hotel doesn’t employ enough staff & the service is slow with food that tastes average & is way overpriced, they don’t control the noise on the floors

Nice stay.

Room was not clean. Shower had pink slime and nasty. Bathroom floor was so dirty. This property used to be my favorite now housekeeping is terrible. Be warned.

I enjoyed everything.

The pool area was very nice. The hot tub was actually hot too! Most of them are not hot enough! I enjoyed everything.

Very clean on everything and the staff was amazing and the parking was easy but the bed was a little hard to sleep on but everything else was amaxing for a last minute booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel with a great view of the ocean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and easy to access.

Clean and accommodating! I couldn’t stay longer.

Check in went smoothly. We paid almost 500.00 for a 2 nite stay. Upon arrival, our room appeared to be pretty clean, but the view we paid for, windows were dirty. I was disappointed that our room had no microwave at all. We ALWAYS check our beds when we stay in a hotel. As we were preparing for bed, I showered and the dual shower heads were lovely, but you have to use half your towels to catch the water on the floor from the shower door. Preparing for bed, I asked my husband if he ate on the bed, and he said not at all. So...why was a stain on the comforter??? (gross) We decided to just wait til morning to request a new one, and removed it. We go to breakfast and stay away from the hotel and return at 1 p.m. (NO ONE HAS COME TO CLEAN OR REPLACE LINEN/TOWELS OR BATHROOM SUPPLIES) I call guest services and was told to make sure we remove the sign "do not disturb". I assured him/her there was no sign because we WANTED our room cleaned and linen replaced. I was told someone would be right up (NOT AT ALL). We sit around waiting, no one shows, this has been over an hour. We decided to go to the gym and give it time. Work out for about 45 minutes, return to the room and STILL NOTHING. I call guest services again, told the same thing (again telling us to make sure there is no do not disturb sign) Seriously?? Someone finally shows. They tried to use the same dirty comforter, we tried to explain it was dirty upon arrival, but they spoke ABSOLUTELY NO ENGLISH!

Key didn’t open assigned room door so asked front desk clerk if I could have a room on far side of building and she gladly accommodated me! I was extremely pleased!!!
