Rooms were nice and clean .

Love the hotel but a little pricey for a one night stay with my sisters. Was really disappointed that the water view room was more of the entrance rooftop and parking lot view and not a true water view as described. I called and requested to have a better water view but they were unable to accommodate with 2 beds. I stayed one other time and we had a beautiful full view of the water and pool so I was expecting that again. Not a great view but the same price. It should have been listed as a parking lot water view. This Hyatt is fairly new and well maintained, nicely decorated and very clean. Nice pool by the water, lobby bar and outdoor water view seating that was very relaxing. Im a Hyatt member (not that it did me much good) and will probably stay again.

This hotel seems like it’s fairly new. Or extremely well maintained. Everything was very clean and well thought out.

If you are in Baytown, this is the best place you can stay. Great gym, pool, bar/restaurant, amenities, etc. I can’t say enough great things about my stay. 5🌟 rating.

We had a great stay

Propery was beautiful. I didn't use any of the amenities. I paid extra for a room with a view. That was a waste. The one window in my room was dirty on the outside so I had no view.
-
Love everything about it—will stay there again.

Greet stay

We had a very quick overnight trip so we didn’t eat on property or use the pool, however, the property was exceptionally clean, as well as the room. Everything looked new and the bed and pillows were very comfy. We will be back when visiting family!

Loved our stay, very clean.

The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is the only complaint I have. The breakfast does not taste good. It’s expensive and it’s horrible. The bacon is very very cheap and undone. Thin, undone bacon, that’s not crispy. It’s really bad. The coffee is bad, and the French toast is bad. Hire a new cook and this location would be a 10/10.
