Staff is very helpful and kind.There is alot of wear and tear on the place..Coffee machine was nor w9rking ,neither was the pool.Great beds however.Ok place for a nnice peacfull sleep

We got there in the motel was really ran down. The pool area looked disgusting. The part that I didn't like is when I got there and the place looked like the photos the pool area looked like the photos and I asked for my refund after taking out insurance for cancelations I still was not refunded my entire refund

It was there The rep there did a room inspection and we were told we couldn’t extend our stay because we smoked a few cigarettes in there. This put us in a bind not having a room to rest in. The staff never told us about any inspections nor that this was a non-smoking room. I thought it was a smoking room and never signed anything stating other wise. I was extending a room daily. With us not being able to extend our stay as planned made us sleep in a car and having to pack under pressure that has left us stressed and unable to work because we had to leave. We want to be refunded our the days we stayed because these things wasn’t told to us by the staff and because of the lack of information caused us to lose money dealing with the non extending and rush checkout.

My booking was for a king size bed, i was given a queen with the statement that they didn't have a king available.

The bed was soft and the pillows were amazing The fact that I was not allowed to take my water bottle to the pool and the fact it closed at 8pm
