Smelled Marijuana smoke the whole stay. Someone back into my car causing damage. Acused of things that were not true.

Horrible

My stay was horrible. I've stayed there a lot over the last year because its the closest spot to my job. I'll no longer stay there. I had mice getting into my food, I smacked the bag in the middle of the night and killed it and showed it to the front office and finally got maintenance to fix the hole the we're getting in from. I always followed pocily and notified front office if either of my kids stayed with me. And was accused of having other adults in and out (while I was at work) we we forced out of the room so they could "do an inspection " before I could extend my stay. Asked my kids for ID. Both under 16. Meanwhile I smell weed 24/7. A man couple rooms down overdosed from drugs found dead by house keeping. Once I found that out I had to leave early. Didn't even ask for a refund I just got out! Laundry room was closed the entire time I stayed there. Well over a month. Theres more I could say! But running out of room. Pay extra and stay somewhere else!!

We liked it a lot

I asked to be switched to another room, and while they did move me, the second room had a random man’s dirty clothes left inside. I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed, but they never changed them becauseI ended up doing it myself. Later that night, I left the property and returned around 2:00 AM to find that someone had broken into my room and stolen some of my belongings. I immediately went to the office to report what happened, and they acted like they didn’t care. There was no concern, urgency, or effort to help resolve the situation. I then filed a police report. To make matters worse, the property only has cameras in the office area. There are no security cameras around the property for guests’ safety. Even the police officer I spoke with told me that this Motel 6 is known as a “crack motel.” DONT STAY HERE!!

The property could use a facelift but the rooms were not that bad. I will stay here again if I visit Baytown again.

Washing clothes not possible at 3 locations in Baytown area. Sink wouldn’t drain. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Roaches… I could go on

The people who work here are very kind! The HOTEL is awful No WiFi No tv BURN HOLES faulty AC The hotel had admitted they knew these things didn’t work in the room and still checked us in without advising us of this. Maintenance was sent to our room who stated “oh we know this room has always been this way” the maid service said the same thing. Maintenance said the property refuses to fix the issues and he apologized. THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND STILL RENTING THE ROOM. He said several rooms are like that. The bed has burn holes in it and rust everywhere. The light switch in the bathroom is coming off the wall.
