Baywood Inn Bed & Breakfast

the exterior and location was excellent the breakfasts were incredible the furniture, carpets, bathroom were very dated and heavily used. couch was torn in places. carpet bubbled and old. The toilet seat was too small for toilet.

We had some minor issues but they were resolved quickly

The property was close to several good restaurants. I really liked nautical bean It was quiet and relaxing. I liked the communication of staff when they were closing the lobby early on Memorial Day. I liked the all day coffee and wine bar (evening 5-6) The wine was delicious. When the breakfast restaurant was closed, they gave us coupons for $10 off Nautical Bean. Bed was comfortable. There wasn’t a tv in bedroom. The shower takes a bit longer to get to hot water. The bathroom door placement was tight, but workable. There was a long section that didn’t have a use. Would be a great place to put up hanging closet rack? There were a lot of mirrors on the walls that I assume to make the room appear larger. Just strange to see.

Very clean, great room, snacks included The “beach” was not nice. It had a very bad odor and was not swimmable. Nothing like the picture. But there’s a bunch of beaches to go that are minutes away.

The staff are always friendly and accessible. Nothing. We love it here! We continue to cancel other vacation plans to return to this spot.

One of the fire pits was out of order but everything else was excellent.

This location was great. The complimentary breakfast was at the restaurant next door and that was AMAZING food! The rooms were big and comfy. I got a lot more than what I expected which I appreciated.

An absolute must stay when visiting the Central California Coast. Well appointed, spacious rooms with fantastic view.

The breakfast was good one morning, but wanted more options so we went across the street to the coffee spot for the 2nd morning. The walls between our bed area and the neighbor allowed the ability to hear their conversations very cleary. Some soundproofing would be good.

Perfect quiet location with a gorgeous bay view! Incredible breakfast next door. Fantastic staff! We have stayed here twice this year and will be going back before the end of this year! Thank you!

Wine bar at night and sitting outside at the fire pits as the sun went down. Breakfast restaurant was closed for 2 days. Had to eat at the coffees shop across the street. 2 lightbukbs were inoperable in the room, and although we requested replacements, non wet provided.

The location was amazing and the concept to allow a breakfast coupon with the cafe across the street is genius vs the traditional foods offered at other hotels for breakfast. It was a little expensive. And I would have really liked an elevator for myself, I walk with a cane, and my 81 year old mom.

The spaciousness and the little extras (wine, treats, friendly staff). Room was a little outdated.
