decent stay for the price of the room and plenty of places to eat at in the vacinity

Horrible experience it was like the staff wasn’t even there no response to the issues I had please don’t book this hotel you will regret it

A water piped burst around 4am and we were all evacuated. I was traveling with an 11 month old and a 9 year old. The staff did not communicate any instructions to us. We had to camp out in the car and the staff never provided no information. I requested a refund, in which I was denied and Expedia did nothing to resolve this issue. I’ve been trying to get a refund directly through Best Western and they have yet to reach out to me because they can’t get in contact with the hotel! Well duh, the hotel is closed because it was swamped with water from the pipe! The customer customer service from both Best Western and Expedia!

Nice hotel. Beautiful pool and spa. We got in late so didn’t get to use the pool. Was awakened at 5 in the morning to equate as the hotel was flooded. A water main break! We waited outside for an hour. Everyone started to leave.’no one told us anything. We drove to our next destination in a pouring rainstorm.

Nice simple clean place for a reasonable price.

Check in was easy - not friendly but easy. The hot tub was closed because there was a leak. We used the fitness room and the pool for a little while and it was decent. We had the whole room to ourselves - which was nice. The bed was ok and the "half pillows" were lumpy. It was what I expect from a hotel stay at this price. Now for the fun part... we were awoken suddenly from sleep at 5am by the fire alarm. We were told a pipe on the 3rd floor burst, but we were on the 1st floor so we were told we could stay in our room. The alarm continued to sound continually even after the fire dept showed up. Electricity and water were shut off and we had to hurry to pack in the dark and leave. We had no place to go at 6am so we were forced to return home. No hotel breakfast :(

At 5 a.m., a high-pressure pipe burst triggered the fire alarm, and all guests had to evacuate. We were not allowed back inside, were given no clear information. The electricity and water were shut off, and we were left outside without breakfast or any assistance.

Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. Great breakfast.

Came Down For A Motorcycle Rally…. Had A Great Time.. Room and Pool area was clean. I will stay again.

It’s outdated and can hear outside people talking

The bathroom tub was dirty in my room; they moved me to another room. Walking into the lobby it smelled like a dog kennel. The pool water was not clean.

From the very beginning everything was terrible. They charged my card and we were to pay at the property. Got there our room smelled like mold and the water was nonstop running from the tub. The curtains were nasty and stunk and had stains on them. The pool was nasty and the hotel tub was broken.we got moved to another room. However a group of kids running down the hallway knocking on doors and disturbing people was horrible. The room was better, but no tv, or wifi. The room vibrated from the soda machine and ice chest. We were so fed up 3 hours in, we left and got a refund. Only positive was Takira at the front desk. She was very helpful. Checking in, the other two girls were very unhelpful and rude. I would never stay here nor should anyone else. The place is running down. It ruined my anniversary getaway.

Parking lot and lobby smelled strongly of marijuana and the rooms and halls reeled of stale cigarettes and mildew. Carpet was damp and gross. The window AC smelled of mold whenever it cut on to blow into the room.

They didn’t let me stay

Room was ok however smelt very musty and the ac didn’t work very well. Won’t be staying there in the future staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty, stinky and was full of black mold on the ceiling. The bathroom door was swelled so bad it didn’t shut, and the breakfast was cold.

GREAT STAY

I requested a first floor room and a firm mattress. my room was on the second floor. no big deal but the mattress, I sat on the edge and nearly went to the box spring. at bedtime I laid on the bed which was anything but firm. in fact it felt like I was laying on one of those big exercise balls, kept feeling like I was gonna roll off of it. the ice machine on the second floor was ooc. the hot tub was also ooc. I hadn't stayed at this facility in 8 years, not sure i want to come back
