Room was nasty, black mold on a.c and nothing worked in our room

This room felt very dirty - Very outdated. Smell of weed in hallway also! Rugs by entry doors hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. Do not stay here!!!!!!!!

The place wasn't half full so why would they use this room?

Bed was decent enough and the room was clean at least.

The room looked clean. They let us keep our bicycles inside The staff were nice The bedroom smelled moldy The pool water looked oily. The staff said it was ok and it was because of humidity. The pool room smelled moldy. There was no smell of chlorine at all. The vent in the entry was dusty and dirty. The carpet on the stairwells had lots of sandy looking dirt on them. The back stairwell was very dusty The laundry room was dirty. The wash machine had laundry detergent all over it. The top of the dryer was dirty as was the floor. The trash was full.

Brought home bed bugs from Victoria Inn.

In-room coffee maker would have been nice, but there was coffee downstairs in the lobby when we needed it in the morning. Trash blown around on the side and back of the hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

All I can say is yuck! Don’t stay here.

It was fine.

For the price I paid, it wasn't that great. I had a suit with a hot tub in the room and 3 of the 6 jests didn't work and the room was constantly muggy and smelled like mildew. I give it grace since it is an older building, but I worked in the hotel business for several years and I was disappointed of the room for the price I paid. Otherwise the staff was friendly.

What’s infuriating is that this hotel got pretty decent rating for Beatrice, NE and I actually paid more than some chain hotels nearby. It was obvious that the hotel is run by a family and their clientele are oil & gas, construction workers. That’s fine but don’t tell me that you cleaned up the room. I did fill out the Expedia check in survey and never heard from the property manager. I ended up not staying the second night and when checking out, the staff didn’t seem to care that we cut short our stay. So I ended up paying 30% more to stay elsewhere the 2nd night.

Outside entry

I liked the location as it was near my son. My pillow which is a special orthopedic pillow was left there upon check out. I call the very next morning and am asked to call back after 10:30 to give her time to check. I call back around 3:45 or so. I am told please give me another 5 minutes and I will call you. I wait another hour and 30 minutes. I call back and I said was expecting a call in 5 minutes and before I can finish speaking she says "I know, I know, no pillow". I told her was just there yesterday, was it thrown away? "We don't have the pillow'. It was VERY uncomfortable beds, the spring kind, we had deluxe know ng room, couch was dirty and uncomfortable so neither was good for resting or sleeping. The heated pool was not heated enough to go into as it was too cold, glass was not even fogged up in the pool area. Disappointed. We will be finding other accommodations when visiting family again

We had minimal options as we needed to have our pet with us and for the price we weren’t expecting much. The beds are hard but the bedding and towels were clean. The rooms overall not so much. Dust so thick it was fuzzy on the lamp/shelf between the two beds. Lots of stains on carpet and furniture. No peep hole on the door. Side entrance lock was broken so anyone can come in and out. I mention this because this side goes out to the parking lot where all the construction workers party in the evening. The hallways are filthy. We came in contact with one staff member and she was pleasant.

Our key would not work several times and we had to go to the front desk about six times to get it to open. The side table was duty. Stains on the furniture.

coffee/tea in the room would help, no hand rails in the bathroom.

Location Spiders in room… drinkers and people hanging right outside our door all night.

The hotel was very dirty in general. Toothpaste in the soap dish. Not enough shampoo or body wash. Stains on the towels. Chair had cigarette burns. Shower drain was clogged with hair and had to remove to get it to drain. Pee all over the bottom of the toilet dried on there. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Giant spider running across the floor. Smoke detector missing from the room.
